I went back after I picked up my order and they said have a good day. No how can we fix it, nothing. the thing is ... there are so many florists that do make it right. I don't need to patronize businesses that won't make it right. I have 3 grandsons, that's was my middle grand. There are so many opportunities for people to do the right thing. I hope people read this and strongly consider the fact I wasn't asking for a refund, only to review the fact that the order didn't match the prom attire. matter of fact, thank you for not getting it right. I always note care instructions as I want them to remain vibrant for days to fully enjoy. Sadly, I don't think he'd order from here again as they barely lasted four days (included photos). It could have been a bad batch, but for the price point I'd expect to have them last 5+ days like other florists.
