I went back after I picked up my order and they said have a good day. No how can we fix it, nothing. the thing is ... there are so many florists that do make it right. I don't need to patronize businesses that won't make it right. I have 3 grandsons, that's was my middle grand. There are so many opportunities for people to do the right thing. My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. This Mother's Day, I was traveling and unable to go inside the store like I normally do to personally select flowers for my mom. Since the online ordering format had changed and only showed a flyer with price points and descriptions instead of actual arrangement photos, I decided to call in for assistance. Unfortunately, the person who answered my call Saturday morning was extremely rude, condescending, and unpleasant. I was very disappointed, especially after supporting Kuhn's for so many years. To be treated that way during such an important holiday was truly disheartening. Because of that experience, I decided to order from Dinsmore Florist instead. Their website allowed me to see actual photos of the flowers I was ordering, and they delivered my mom's flowers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. They have now gained a new customer. It is very disappointing that after more than 20 years of giving Kuhn's my floral business, one negative and disrespectful interaction has caused me to take my business elsewhere.
