I left a review last year when I received an arrangement with hydrangeas that died within 24 hours. Same thing happened with my Mother's Day arrangement that my son sent to me. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I live in San Jose, CA and mom lives in Jacksonville Beach, FL. I found Kuhn Flowers here on yelp but I also reviewed their website which is well done. I can't emphasize enough how important a good website is for those of us not on Facebook (yes, some of us still live under rocks. I don't have Netflix either). Selection, payment and delivery were all easy to complete. I never saw the flowers in person but Dad sent me pictures. My mom was convinced I'd spent a fortune on them! Received surprise flowers today from my mother (lives 1200 miles away) for my most recent graduation and promotion at work The delivery employee went above and beyond, waiting until I answered the door, ring, and my stating that I was on a meeting - then they gently placed them right by the front door. The flowers are absolutely beautiful, actually stunning, and they smell wonderful! Customer service was terrible, whenever I answered the phone they were super rude. I ordered the same day and time as my boyfriend and they forgot to make mine. I did get my order but a day late and super close to when I had to leave. read more

I can't recommend this florist enough!!! My family is going though a medical tragedy. In the process of taking care of my son, I completely forgot to get my daughter a corsage for her senior homecoming dance. I called last minute to a few florist and they could not help. Heather said, "I am finishing up my last one now. If you give me 45 minutes, I can have a wrist corsage for you. She asked about colors and she came through beautifully." In addition, I was on my way from the hospital so I could time it right and arrived 15 minutes early. She made the corsage in front of me as we talk about our lives. It was a release I needed more than she could possibly know. She made my daughter smile with flowers on an important day while her brother in the hospital and gave me a moment of peace. Not to mention, the wrist corsage is beautiful. The ribbon she picked matches my daughters personality so much it's like she knew her. Thank you Heather!!!! read more

Our family has ordered 2 bouquets this month (mothers day and a family celebration) costing over $250. Each bouquet died in a matter of days. Update your website for the open hours in google Flowers are pretty, but customer service is ugly. Anthony Swick is vice president, but he does not care about the business. He said something like " just go to the Publix" or I cancel this order and just refund you if you do not like to wait. This is after I order the flowered 4 days ago and fully paid. There is no empathy to customer and very arrogant. I tried to get a business card, but they said do not call here since we are not answering. read more

I bought a $65 arrangement for my mom on Wednesday. By Thursday (the following day) the Hydrangeas were dead. Now at Saturday, about 30% of the flowers are dying. I've had to throw many of them out. On top of being disappointed with the quality for the price, I called to express my frustration and the customer service was severely lacking. The man on the phone never apologized, he simply explained that plants need water and it seems like there was an issue with water level. I wasn't exactly looking to get a lesson on flowers as a response to my complaint, but that's what I got. He told me I can bring them back in and he can " redo " the arrangement. I don't have time to drive a bouquet back up there for their mistake. I will simply go somewhere else to get flowers next time. Super disappointing for such a big company. The focus certainly isn't on customer satisfaction. read more

I went in for a last minute gift for a family member's birthday (I know, deplorable). I know nothing of this family members favorite type of flower, only that she loves an aesthetic of "english countryside wildflowers." Teresa didn't miss a beat. I told her my price point and she put together the most beautiful arrangement (she event put in Almond M & M candies that I had bought separately into the arrangement!). Meanwhile, the store was just about to close! Impeccable customer service and quality of product. Will definitely use them again. read more

My mother-in-law ordered $699.73 of flowers for her mother's funneral at Ponte Vedra Valley Funeral home to be delivered. Ponte Vedra called to say that they were not delivered. We called and called and finally got ahold of the manager who said that they lost the order and could make the delivery for the funneral. Shame on you for ever using this service. They will take your money and break your hearts!!! read more

My husband ordered flowers from here to be delivered on Valentines Day. He has done this every year for the past 4 years with no issues. This year however they got it wrong. I received a call at 1:30pm a delivery driver saying she couldn't find my location, I work in the shopping center right next door to the shop... she said "oh, it's going to be a couple hours before I get to you." My husband called at 3 to find out what was going on. They told him the flowers were still sitting in the shop!! So he canceled the order and we will never be using them again. read more

I sent flowers to my friend from college who lives in Ponte Vedra Beach and I am always hesitant about unfamiliar flower shops especially since I don't live anywhere near Florida. However, Kuhn flowers did an amazing job! I ordered last minute at 9am that morning and my friend received them at work by 12pm that day! Very quick delivery (which is always a plus) and the flowers were beautiful just like the picture online!!! I am a very happy customer and will continue to do business with them! read more

This Florist is the absolute worst. They are unprofessional, they use old flowers that are dead in a few days. My family has ordered so many arrangements from out of town and they had to be replaced because they were dead in three days. This florist only had excuses. Worst customer service ever! Friend of mine called to have a corsage made for one of her kids' prom tonight. The man on the phone took the order then said it would be ready for pickup around 3pm. Get here at 3... they "lost" the order. Then the guy who is the VP is EXTREMELY rude about everything. Will never come back her. read more
