Truly - do not bother looking anywhere else... LM Blooms is the only place you need to go if you are searching for an incredible floral arrangement -or- the most beautiful plant you have ever seen. I was trying to order from out-of-town. The online ordering process on the LM Blooms website was extremely quick and easy. Once my order was completed and headed out for delivery, I received a text with the estimated time of delivery AND A PICTURE... which was such a wonderful touch! (You would NEVER EVER get that from the big chains... yet another phenomenal reason to support a local business!) I then got another text when it had officially been delivered. I mean, this level of dedication to personal service and incredible communication was just beyond fantastic. I wasn't sitting here wondering "did they actually deliver the flowers or not?" like I do with every other florist. It just blew me away! You can see from the attached photo that the arrangement is simply GORGEOUS... beyond gorgeous. The attention to detail that LM Blooms does is incredible. And... do I need to mention that THEY HAVE PLANTS!! I am constantly surprised at how many florists just don't bother to even offer plants anymore. I don't understand that... but, no worries here... LM Blooms has plants!! And beautiful ones!! So, bottom line... LM Blooms is the place to go if you are looking to be thrilled to pieces with your floral experience. You absolutely will be!!

He said they were easy to order online, and hoped they turned out great to brighten up the office and my hotel room. When they arrived, they were a beautifully put together arrangement. I always note care instructions as I want them to remain vibrant for days to fully enjoy. I was sad to see they didn't come with plant food, but still changed the water daily and cut stems to try to preserve them. Sadly, I don't think he'd order from here again as they barely lasted four days (included photos). It could have been a bad batch, but for the price point I'd expect to have them last 5+ days like other florists.

I'm based in Atlanta and couldn't be there in person so it was important to me for the arrangement to be beautiful. My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. She said she noticed them from afar because they were so pretty and walked over to see them up close, she read the card and started crying. She said seeing the flowers meant a lot to her and her Mother. Shout out to Kaitlin and Shane at the Jacksonville Flower Market for making this a seamless order and special shout out to Shane for sending me a photo of the arrangement before it went out to the funeral home. Thank you so much! For reference, I ordered the Blue & White healing tears bouquet in the medium size.

I and several family members have been customers for 26 years. Ms. Georgia did my wedding in 1990…read moreand it couldn't have been more beautiful. She was an amazing woman and gifted floral designer. Ms. Pat did my son's wedding just this year and we were thrilled with the beautiful flowers she provided. Last week, however, I had a very different experience with Scott. My mom ordered fall flowers to be placed at my father's grave. She asked for gold's, burgundies and other fall colors with mums and those types of fall flowers. Incredibly, what we received was a ugly arrangement of red roses and blue flowers. This exact problem happened last year as well, which is why mom was so specific. When I called to let them know that we wanted the flowers replaced, Scott just didn't care. He wasn't rude, but he simply did not care that the flowers weren't right, that we weren't pleased, and said to me "I did the best I could to pick out the most fall looking arrangement we had." He offered to refund our money (yes, please) and then had the audacity to tell me that since we weren't pleased with what they had sent if we wanted to order any more flowers from them we would have to come in and pick them out at the shop because they wouldn't send any more out. I was speechless. To say that I was astonished at such a response would be an understatement. 26 years of being a loyal customer and this is his response. He never spoke any word of apology about the horrible flowers he sent that were nothing like we ordered. Honestly, it made my heart sick. I can't believe that any business owner would be so apathetic to the needs of their customers, particularly one they've had for 26 years. I'm also a little surprised at how sad I feel about the whole situation. Regardless, I won't be back. There are plenty of florists who do value their customers and I'm sure we can find one.
