So to celebrate my wife's cancer survivor day I ordered from Teleflora (thought reputable..NOT!) a BC bouquet. Arrived looking beautiful, after a day(!) started wilting. By day 3, petals falling off and flowers looking sad, like they didn't want to be here. (See pics). Very disappointed especially since if I had bought flowers from Publix probably would have lasted at least a week or more! Oh called Teleflora they offered 40% off NEXT order..really?!!! I wish FTD would have told me who was delivering the flowers because the EXACT same thing as the last person mentioned happened to me when using this company. I spent $50 on a cute arrangement and when it was delivered it had the wrong/less/dead flowers. I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it had holes/filled with cheap fillers like daisies & fern instead of roses. It's been over a week and just today I finally got the order to be canceled after the "promised and were very willing" to be helpful and exchange the order. It never happened. I called and was told that I would receive an upgrade the next day. Today I received the "upgrade". It is a smaller arrangement, broken flowers and greenery. I told the man that this was a downgrade with less flowers than the first order. The man was rude, unprofessional and no apology was given even hung up the phone. My cousin and I send flowers to each other every year for our birthday. We both order directly from locally owned businesses. Well this year my daughter and granddaughter saved up to send me flowers for my 65th. They shopped online looking for just the right reds, including roses.. They found an arrangement but upgraded the size, spending well over a hundred. The flowers arrived addressed to the person sending them, but on time. The arrangement was wider than my hand and so small. I am not sure who she ordered them from, but she cried when she saw them and was embarrassed, all she did was apologize and keep telling she pay for such a small arrangement. This florist left flowers outside in 90 degree weather for plus 5 hours, so needless to say they were dead when I received and the balloon deflated. I called, they were apologetic, seemed to care and were going to make it right. They re-delivered directly into my hand, half dead flowers and a semi-deflated balloon. Stop the driver before he left to say, sir these are still dead. Told me nothing he could do to call the owner. Called the owner and he stated the flowers were fresh and just left the shop, which was an outright lie. I had called the shop at approximately 1:30pm and the lady said the driver was leaving then. He didn't show up until 3 hours later. So let's see, poor quality product. Lack of integrity. Poor customer service. This 1 star is being generous at best. Pay a little more and use a real florist. The message that goes along with the flowers had words spelled wrong (not even kidding). I paid for a balloon, but never got it. Oh, and I got it at 8:30 at night. This is actually the worst place and worst costumer service I've had. My boyfriend ordered me flowers and they came 1/3 of the size of the photo online and they were 80$ and it was the value of MAYBE 15$ at most so I went into the shop and the customer service is AWFUL and they refused to refund us ALSO took my flowers so I've left with no flowers and no refund. Flowers seemed near dead. I give them 2 stars only because my girlfriend did like them, but she is sweet and probably would not complain either way. The flowers they delivered were not what I asked for and they claimed that this arrangement that didn't look as nice as the ones at Publix was a "$50 arrangement." Second time I went in I went to the store to pick up, I paid up front and they messed up the order again, told me they would put it in a smaller nicer vase (ease of travel) then they did, but would not fix. The person who writes the notes has terrible hand writing, so make sure you do that yourself (which means order and delivery are not an option). read more

Got two flower bouquets delivered to the office for Administrative Professionals day (one was for me!) while the bouquets were gorgeous, colorful, fresh and whimsy....they both were tainted by the delivery guy...who smoked cigarettes in the car with them...and so they reek of it. even hours later.....REEK. Warning! When they say "substitutions" they are not kidding. Why have Telefloral pictures to choose from when they use a defense of "but they were still roses". Why not have five buttons on the website: "some roses" "some tulips", "some daisies" etc! When you are a 1,000 miles away and want to get just the right flowers to someone then how does one do that? What a system to encourage sloppy work! What is someone this far away going to do? Instead of all light pink roses accented with little white and purple sprays-- they were a just a mix of dark pink and yellow roses. The whimsical quality of the Telefloral picture was due to the Queen Anne lace and other little accents. What we got was LESS roses then pictured on website and that were just shoved in a pot. A completely different pot by the way. They did call me about the pot. Were they too embarrassed to tell me the the major substitutions they were about to do on the flowers? No whimsy, no artful arrangement, just flowers. This to me is bad customer service. Go elsewhere if you want accuracy, honesty and friendly service. Shame! Next time I will just use a mail flower delivery service--cheaper and looks the same. read more

I ordered an arrangement of flowers through this company for my girlfriend. When they called me, I instructed them to leave it at the front office of her apartment. It didn't happen. In a rather coincidental timing of events, I was actually on the phone with my girlfriend when she saw the delivery man walk into the office and leave with the flowers in his hands. Assuming that the people in the office instructed him to take the flowers to her apartment like they usually do, she waited at her apartment for him to arrive. However, he never did. I called the florist, asking what the problem was. Not only did the man working there have no method of contacting his driver, he also informed me that the delivery man had left the flowers on the front desk, when, clearly, he did not. I should also add that the man was a complete and total smartass. The bottom line: my girlfriend never recieved the flowers, for which I paid good money as a result of this company's astounding incompetence. To all who read this, anyone who has any measurable level of intelligence should NEVER SOLICIT THIS BUSINESS. Judging by my own personal experience and the other two reviews I read on this website, I honestly have no concievable idea how this company still manages to make ends meet. read more

DO NOT BUY!!! Today we put our family member to rest and the Floral Exchange took it upon there selves to deliver something different than what we ordered. When my mother (someone who is much nicer than me) called them, they said that she should be happy because they upgraded her order. The plant was half the size of what they promised and not in the same pot she ordered. They said if she wasn't happy they would ACTUALLY go to the grave side or funeral home and pick it up. How unbelievably rude and disgusting? This is from the manager and he asked my mother "What more do you want me to do?". We put to rest a Sargent of the Alachua County Sheriff's office today and this is the respect we get. Again...they WILL disappoint, believe the one-star rating this company has managed to EARN! All I can say is karma will find you. We are grieving and you are robbing people of their last wishes for loved ones. You do not have the authority to change an order and tell us we should be grateful! You should have simply apologized and recognized your mistake! Never again Floral Exchange!
