We walked into ACE Hardware and immediately were greeted in the politest voice! You knew that employee was genuinely happy you were there to look around and hopefully shop in their store. That employee's name was John. John asked us if he could help us and what we were looking for. He had this 'I am proud to be an Ace Hardware employee smile' on his face the entire time we were talking to him. My husband told me to watch "everyone in this store is so polite and helpful".
