I liked what I saw, so I saved a couple of their tables in my favorites on the Etsy website for a few months. When I was ready to order the table, I did so via Appel's website so 100% of the profits would go directly to the business rather than having a percentage of it going to Etsy. I ordered the West End/Side table and customized the colors to match the rug I have in the room. The description on the website says 5-board table, so I requested five colors on the customization form. I requested the following colors: natural, blue beach, rustic sage, and dark walnut. They sent a mockup of several different options, and I chose the one I liked the best. I chose the 23x17in table which cost about $450. The table took about five weeks to arrive. I ordered it on April 26th, and it arrived on June 7th. It was packaged well and easy to assemble. The package contained both written instructions and a YouTube link for those who prefer visual instructions. I was able to put the table together in just a few moments. I can't say that I'm in love with a couple of the color choices, but overall I'm pleased. If I ordered another table from Appel, I'd probably stick with basic colors as opposed to a non-traditional color like green or blue. The quality of the table is top-notch, and I can't say enough about the craftsmanship.

I found the owners to be very personable, willing to help with any measurements or questions. Not pushy at all, quite the opposite, just friendly. The sectional I chose was a very light beige with detachable cushions and fabric on top and bottom of seat cushions, big point for me because my more expensive Ashley sofa did not! I was really pleased with their quality and their prices beat anywhere else I had been. I highly recommend stopping by often to see new inventory. If you don't see what you want today, it could be there tomorrow. Definitely recommend this store for quality furniture at a great price!

The other furniture seemed high priced for a discount store, but the mattresses are very affordable. I bought a queen double sided (non pillow top) and two years ago I bought a basic queen with a firm pillow top. So far I am happy with my purchases.

They are crooks an I have had two bad dealings with them and the Better business bureau was involved the first time and made them give my money back to me because they were totally in the wrong. The second time I went because they had already gotten rid of the first set of crooked managers that worked there the first time I was screwed. If you have money that you just want to throw away please come to these people because they will do the job for you, and you will just throw it away because you get no merchandise. These people are a bunch of crooks and I am going to make flyers up to tell everybody who does not know and pass them out around town. I would like to talk to the owner but apparently they are crooks too, otherwise they would tend to their store, or at least make sure that their customers are being taken care of because Marty sure don't. Marty is the rude bastard that I had to deal with in getting screwed out of $800.00. He wanted to throw up in my face in what was wrong with the laptop. What is it any of his business when I am paying my hard earned money for it to be fixed while I am paying for a laptop for three months not having it because it is supposedly in the shop the whole time.

I told her if that was the case I should have been told that before I drove all the way to the other side of town to bring them in. She tried to tell me that the email I had was some generic email that they send to everyone to bring them in. I had even sent a photo. I told her that answer was unacceptable, and I told her you are one of the rudest people I have ever met before I left. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my horrible experiences. Do not shop here or sell your things here if this is how they treat people. It cost money to drive from one side of town to the other these days and you don't need to waste your money.
