In flooring, there was a wonderful associate whose name I regret not remembering--she patiently answered all our questions and helped us narrow down the overwhelming number of choices to find exactly what we were looking for. We also had a return that could have easily turned into a nightmare due to the wrong item being loaded, but Cookie--and I believe Tonya or Sonya--in customer service handled it with incredible patience and care, making sure everything was done correctly. Robbie in plumbing was equally helpful, pointing us in the right direction and sharing great information that helped us feel confident in our purchase.
