While an associate was trying to help me she call him and said "I know yall like talking but you need to get to work." This young man was trying answer a question for me. I made it known to the 3 other staff that she was rude. They tried to defend her. I told them it didn't not matter who was helping me she was rude. I am a customer and other customers see how she picks and chooses who she will work with. This store has great employees. I can call them by name. This is my 1st bad experience with this store.

This truly was a great store until it was brought to my attention that even if your order is super…read morelate ( close to 2 months) being delivered, you'er still responsible for making a full month's payment even if you had it a week. And even if you don't yell or curse but are a little irritated about it, any discounts you see on the websites no longer apply to you and you will pay the regular weekly or monthly payments upfront and all other orders you're approved for are canceled without any notice. So basically smile and speak nicely no matter what happens or there will be consequences. I'm still waiting on a headboard but have heard I better not sound irritated because pay back will be a well you know. I will probably pay for this review but I wanted to help and be completely honest. Just remember to act and sound chipper no matter what's going on in your life or regardless of when they decide to deliver your items and things will run smoothly.
