This was the day after my purchase and before the mattress was delivered. The 5 star still goes to the sales clerk who is not responsible for the defective/used product I recieved. Upon delivery there was a large hump/wrinkle on one side of the bed which I assumed was due to sitting on it's side in the warehouse or truck. I expected it to settle in a day or two. Not so. I contacted the store with several pictures and was referred to a regional manager who offered me a small discount if I would accept a new bed in exchange for the one I purchased. I declined, as I had lost faith in a store that would sell a defective product. THIS IS THE BUYER BEWARE PART. A consumer cannot recover the $79 delivery fee or the $149 restocking fee if you return a mattress EVEN IF ITS DEFECTIVE. I ate that fee as Mattress Firm would have charged me a FEE for an inspector to come to my home to determine if it was indeed defective. This decision was made after looking at Consumer Reports on how buyers get little or no satisfaction regarding issues with mattress companies and inspectors. If I had to do it all over again, I would have refused the mattress, but based on my experience, I would probably have still been charged the delivery and restocking fee.

Nice to see an oasis of literature. Not to mention, too, that they had a book reading listed to occur later that day. They also sell truffles, plus many different trinkets. The guy came and had a new…read morebattery but refused to change it and told her to go to Battery Source because they could give her a "better deal" and were "family owned" unlike AAA. Not sure what shady business is going on between some AAA employees and Battery Source but this put my mother in danger of breaking down in the middle of the road without a working battery since the Battery Source location was 20 min away from her home. Please report AAA and Battery Source is you need help from AAA and they refuse you a battery and tell you to buy it from Battery Source.
