I would buy from them again on anything I need. I am extremely disappointed with Havertys and the extended warranty I purchased through Guardsman…read more The ONLY reason I paid extra for that warranty was because I was told it covered damage from pets. After a recent storm, my dog became anxious and scratched three of the cushions pretty badly. I followed the process, contacted Guardsman, scheduled a service call--and then waited over 40 days just to be told the damage wasn't covered. Completely unacceptable. I reached back out to Jay at Havertys, who has been great throughout this, and I truly appreciate his effort to help. However, the resolution offered was insulting. Instead of repairing or replacing the damaged cushions--or standing behind the warranty I was sold--they refunded $280 and gave me a store gift certificate. I have zero interest in shopping at Havertys again, so that gift certificate is basically useless to me. You can't replace a $2,400 sectional with a $280 credit. For a single person on one income, that couch was a major investment, and I trusted that the warranty would protect it--especially for the exact situation they claimed it covered. If you're going to sell a warranty, then stand behind it. Don't mislead customers just to make an extra sale. I love my couch, but I will never do business with Havertys again. If I could give zero stars for service, I would.

The sectional I chose was a very light beige with detachable cushions and fabric on top and bottom of seat cushions, big point for me because my more expensive Ashley sofa did not! I was really pleased with their quality and their prices beat anywhere else I had been. I highly recommend stopping by often to see new inventory. If you don't see what you want today, it could be there tomorrow. Definitely recommend this store for quality furniture at a great price!

The delivery charge to Crawfordville was very high, so I had one of the guys rope in onto my car for me with my own rope. I just had to drive very slowly with it on top of my little car. The other furniture seemed high priced for a discount store, but the mattresses are very affordable. I bought a queen double sided (non pillow top) and two years ago I bought a basic queen with a firm pillow top. So far I am happy with my purchases.

The piece was damaged when I received it. I was told it would be replaced but wasn't. I did have someone come to replace my new ottoman that had a tip upon arrival, with a used ottoman that was in worse shape and smelled horrible. It was delivered out the back of a dirty SUV blaring loud music at 10pm. I had multiple issues with trying to get pieces replaced or returned. Many times the showroom blamed the delivery driver which I knew wasn't true because I was in communication with the delivery driver. They also charge the delivery drivers time for returns so the mistakes of the sales get passed off to the drivers in pay. The bed was never even delivered as it had not come when expected so I cancelled delivery and had to go through my credit card company to get refunded. I never imagined that after purchasing furniture I would spend nearly half a year trying to get it right. I eventually gave up as it was so frustrating and gave the sectional away to a college student.
