I tried to adjust it many times and finally called to let them know what the problem was. Over the years, we have bought many items from this particular store in Thomasville, and we have had several problems with delivery, quality, and timeliness. We wanted to give them another chance and thought by special ordering, we would have no issues but seem to have more.
