While the tagline on her card reads, "Spend more time doing what you truly enjoy" unfortunately, I was calling because I was still stuck at work. So, while it wasn't necessarily what I truly enjoy, I nevertheless needed some assistance with picking up my dry cleaning before a big presentation. I spoke with Kimberly over the phone and she provided me with reasonable price for picking up dry cleaning at two different locations. Additionally, she offered to drop my clothes at my office downtown. She arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time (promptness is always a plus in my book!!!) and everything was in order. I will definitely utilize Girl With An Agenda for future "time management" crises!!

I purchased a used riding mower from Hoyt's a few weeks ago. It was clean and ran OK - enough to get the job done. I made sure to ask my sales rep if they would stand by it if it developed problems within a few weeks of purchase. He said to give him a call if I had an issue. A handshake deal. Wouldn't you know - a couple weeks in it suddenly started running very badly and would hardly move. I took it back to them and they absolutely stood by their sale. They rebuilt the motor after figuring out it had pretty much blown itself up - at no cost to me. I've used it twice in the last couple of days and it even works better than it used to! Shout out to Hoyt's Cycle and sales guy David - they took care of me!

When we politely said "Oh sorry, we don't know what we're looking for" the other owner behind the counter spoke up and said "If you're not buying then get out. We have a delivery." And we said "excuse me?" He repeats "Get out. We have a delivery." And literally shoo's us out of the store.
