When I never received an email confirmation, several hours later, I called the number listed for Annell's - it was disconnected. I did have an email from "Lovingly" which I didn't recognize but mentioned an order so I called them. Apparently they are a third party online "florist" but there is nothing notifying you that your order won't come from Annell's. In fact, the orchid that finally arrived came from Publix. They left the tag on the bottom with no other accompaniments to the plant. So I ended up paying $125 more than I should have. If I wanted my daughter to get an orchid from Publix I would've picked it up myself. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!
