Went in for a watch battery replacement. They had no problem doing that. Other places in town…read moredidn't have the right sized tool. The staff was fantastic! I ended up finding a bracelet I purchased, too. Additionally, I have a very old silver bracelet that was badly tarnished. They just took care of that for me in about 3 mins. Unreal how much better it looks now. Loved the service and staff. They have a nice selection of various jewelry. Recommend highly.

Instead of apologizing and trying to right the situation, he proceeded to exclaim how poorly my watch was made and was uninterested in my concern to replace the band with one from the same manufacturer. I left without a battery AND a broken watch band. The manager was supposedly out for lunch so my name and number were left for her to call when she returned. The call was never made. Take your valuables to one of the shops downtown for better customer service.
