Had to come back the next day to finish. Then was told I needed to bring in an old device for a credit. Cane in yet again and then was told I was wasting my time, I didn't need to do that. Keep in mind, I live 30 minutes away. Had to go back in because they have me a duplicate number so when calling my son, it would go through to someone else. Had to go on again to remedy that. My bill is now 350$! That is a far cry from 229$. Never could get the two to call me. I go in, someone looks at my account and tells me my sales rep will call me after he looks at it. That was two weeks ago. Still haven't heard from him even if I call the store. Spent 3hrs on there phone getting stuff corrected only to get disconnected and too see that none of the stuff on my bill was handled after all. So my 20 year loyalty plan is gone for a 'cheaper' business account that is costing me over 150$ more. I'm canceling and going to AT&T because this is the worst experience I've had with any customer service in any company.

And even if you don't yell or curse but are a little irritated about it, any discounts you see on the websites no longer apply to you and you will pay the regular weekly or monthly payments upfront and all other orders you're approved for are canceled without any notice. So basically smile and speak nicely no matter what happens or there will be consequences. I'm still waiting on a headboard but have heard I better not sound irritated because pay back will be a well you know. I will probably pay for this review but I wanted to help and be completely honest. I was referred to his business by the Pageplus cellular technician on the phone saying that he was an authorized dealer for them. I called him and he said he remembered me, and that if I would bring my phone he would have me programmed and out in 5 minutes. I showed up and he didn't even remember me. He didn't get up and shake my hand, he just grunted and said , "what you want?" I told him we had talked and he was, "oh, yeah." When he found out what it was that I wanted, he got up from his desk and still never properly greeted me, (customer service among church friends is important to me). After complaining about the rose.net capabilities being sour and lackluster, he proceeded to work on my wife's phone. The service would not work even thought the technician on the phone said that my unit was cleared to work on Pageplus. He installed the SIM card and it didn't work. He said he couldn't get it to work, and said that all I owed him was $12. i said "for what?" He said, "I got you a new number." I told him "why do i have to pay you if you cant get the phone to work?" "I got you a new number!!!" I am not paying for a new number when the other one worked just fine, I just didnt want to spend the $45 for the card when we weren't going to use the minutes. He said, "Never mind Ill take care of it!!" I asked him if it would still work on the Service I had before, and he said, IDK, go buy a card at Walmart and see!! I took my phone out of there ASAP.
