We walked into ACE Hardware and immediately were greeted in the politest voice! You knew that employee was genuinely happy you were there to look around and hopefully shop in their store. That employee's name was John. John asked us if he could help us and what we were looking for. He had this 'I am proud to be an Ace Hardware employee smile' on his face the entire time we were talking to him. My husband told me to watch "everyone in this store is so polite and helpful". My husband had been here once before and he was right! I walked out of the new ACE Hardware store TOTALLY IMPRESSED! I will be back ACE Hardware!

When we're leaving the store the supervisor Bob came running out of the store and chased my vehicle to tell us he found more. That is customer service! Store was immaculate. In flooring, there was a wonderful associate whose name I regret not remembering--she patiently answered all our questions and helped us narrow down the overwhelming number of choices to find exactly what we were looking for. We also had a return that could have easily turned into a nightmare due to the wrong item being loaded, but Cookie--and I believe Tonya or Sonya--in customer service handled it with incredible patience and care, making sure everything was done correctly. Robbie in plumbing was equally helpful, pointing us in the right direction and sharing great information that helped us feel confident in our purchase. I know Lowe's sometimes gets a bad rap, but these employees truly stood out and made our experience a great one.
