When it finally arrived, the covering of the sofa did not fit properly. It was too tight and left wrinkles and gatherings in the material that made it too short in one area and a little long in another. I tried to adjust it many times and finally called to let them know what the problem was. I talked with the sales person and she was going to make an appointment with her manager to discuss what to do. After two days, we still have heard nothing yet. Over the years, we have bought many items from this particular store in Thomasville, and we have had several problems with delivery, quality, and timeliness. We wanted to give them another chance and thought by special ordering, we would have no issues but seem to have more. I would have thought that as much money as we have spent over the years and just on this one purchase of over $4000, the manager would have at least contacted us in a timely manner.
