And even if you don't yell or curse but are a little irritated about it, any discounts you see on the websites no longer apply to you and you will pay the regular weekly or monthly payments upfront and all other orders you're approved for are canceled without any notice. So basically smile and speak nicely no matter what happens or there will be consequences. I'm still waiting on a headboard but have heard I better not sound irritated because pay back will be a well you know. I will probably pay for this review but I wanted to help and be completely honest. Just remember to act and sound chipper no matter what's going on in your life or regardless of when they decide to deliver your items and things will run smoothly.

This was the day after my purchase and before the mattress was delivered. The 5 star still goes to the sales clerk who is not responsible for the defective/used product I recieved. Upon delivery there was a large hump/wrinkle on one side of the bed which I assumed was due to sitting on it's side in the warehouse or truck. I expected it to settle in a day or two. Not so. I contacted the store with several pictures and was referred to a regional manager who offered me a small discount if I would accept a new bed in exchange for the one I purchased. I declined, as I had lost faith in a store that would sell a defective product. THIS IS THE BUYER BEWARE PART. A consumer cannot recover the $79 delivery fee or the $149 restocking fee if you return a mattress EVEN IF ITS DEFECTIVE. I ate that fee as Mattress Firm would have charged me a FEE for an inspector to come to my home to determine if it was indeed defective. This decision was made after looking at Consumer Reports on how buyers get little or no satisfaction regarding issues with mattress companies and inspectors. If I had to do it all over again, I would have refused the mattress, but based on my experience, I would probably have still been charged the delivery and restocking fee.

I am extremely disappointed in this office. We have been patients for 6 years or so. My whole…read morefamily used this office in spite of living 30 min away, we always liked the service. However, for the past 2 years it has been nothing but problem after problem. From incorrect prescriptions (at least 2x that I remeber), multiple trips to correct that issue (mind you it's an hour round trip not including the wait time at the office), glasses being told we're ready that didn't have any lenses in them ( 3 trips to correct that issue), orders for contacts not being placed and most recently an order of contacts being sent back for no reason. To say we are DONE giving this place the benefit of the doubt is an understatement. Good luck to you if you decide to try it out.
