Several years ago we purchased a beautiful sofa at our local store. It was so well-priced we were somewhat leery in our contemplations as to its durability and longevity. He offered a no-pressure explanation, and tailored a buying experience which perfectly meshed with our wants and needs. Under his watchful eye, our store has a beautiful presentation, and it was easy and fun for my wife and I to formulate a timeline of future furniture purchases during today's visit. We were in need of a Sofa & Loveseat upgrade. We visited the Thomasville Ashley Homestore. We were greeted by a Sales Rep., Chanta. Chanta provided absolutely phenomenal customer CARE. She didn't haggle step per step as we walked around browsing the store. However, she came by periodically to check on us to see if she could provide assistance.
