I suppose they do this because the fries are the basic frozen fries you'd get in the high school cafeteria. I would have found them more acceptable if they were served hot and crispy. The sliders start at 3.99 each. I ate two, but really could have had three. Service was great. The three staff members I encountered were very nice and helpful. Expect to pay $15 - $20 for lunch. In my opinion, it's overpriced for what you get. I'm not likely to go back unless they offer some kind of coupon or discount. The atmosphere is nice, though. And I like the covered outdoor seating area.

For me, that means an under-cooked patty, just the way I like it, with mushrooms and swiss. So good...soooooo good. Juicy, hot, melty, full of love and carbs just like all the good meals. Super hot and should come with a warning, they are a delicious opener here at Mugshots - let 'em cool a little, then dip into that homemade ranch and do the Mmmmmm thing - you know you want to. When the server brought it everything out, the appetizer didn't look like what we ordered but she dropped the stuff off and walked away. After waiting for a while and no return we ate it, it was ok at best. When the server brought the check, it had a 12.99 charge for it and when we told the server that it was supposed to be the one on the special the server said we need to talk to the manager. The manager came over with a rude attitude and asked what the problem was. When we told him he said "Well you ate it so you can pay for it" then the best thing he could do is take a whopping 1.30 off of it. Needless to say, we will NEVER be back

The wait time for my order was longer than expected, and for the price, the portions didn't quite feel worth it. The restaurant itself seemed a little unorganized. There's no clear flow for customers--no obvious line or direction for where to stand, so it feels a bit awkward figuring out whether someone has already been helped before stepping up to the counter. Another small but frustrating detail: the drink lids are tucked behind you near the machine instead of being right next to it, which made them difficult to find. Overall, this new location feels pretty average. It's not bad, but it's not something I'd rave about either. If you're in the mood for wings and want to try the new spot, it's worth a visit--but I wouldn't call it a must-try.
