    I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile in August. Big mistake. I have forgotten how really shady…read moreand frustrating they can be. If you have a problem, one of their favorite tricks is to just loop you around- whether you're calling or online- they have their famous loops. So, when I lost my phone this weekend in my home, I literally tore everything apart piece by piece by piece for two days.... so by the time I arrived at the Verizon store, I was up on the ledge.... That's when Julio Sauza put on his Batman cape and literally saved the situation. I am sure, as anyone who has been a Verizon customer knows, most people do find Verizon extremely frustrating, shady, and not customer friendly at all Combine that with the shock of what 48 hours plus without phone communication can due to an entire weekend. And that people who care about you ..love you ..will turn on you if they can't reach you.!!!? You can only guess, when I arrived at the Verizon store on Csmpus Boulevard in Ewing, I was literally a puddle of drama.... When I walked in, I was looking for a transfer code for my phone, so I could go back to T-Mobile ...BUT Julio stepped in, explained to me that he could activate my old iPhone 13 (which he did)... And, when I explained that Verizon had told me that I was basically out of luck with my 16 pro that never really works very well from day one, he assured me that I did have insurance on that phone and it would be replaced and provided the contact information to make that happen. In the face of my frustration, Julio remained calm, warm and the perfect example of what great customer care looks like.... Verizon definitely needs to pay this young man a lot more than whatever he's being paid, because he is able to keep a frustrated Verizon customer calm, fix her problems and then she finds out when she got home.....She never got the transfer code. WOW!!!

    Glad they exist at TCNJ Campus Town. Was able to fix my plan when I was visiting the area and TCNJ…read morecampus. The service was great. The employees are TCNJ students, who were nice and knowledgeable.

    As a Medicare plans provider, we recently switched to Lighthouse for our new IP Phone System…read morebecause the federal government recently requires all companies selling Medicare insurance programs to record all conversations. Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Our new phone system works much better than the Verizon system, and we are saving over $100.00 a month! I would highly recommend Lighthouse Communications. Thanks again!

    Lighthouse called me 2-3 times a day when I was initially looking for a company to set up phone…read moreservice for my small business. They were very good at following up and scheduling install. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
