I have to start off by saying that this company made our vehicle look really nice. As far as design goes they are true professionals. So you are wondering why I give them 1 star and not 5? Read on...
About 3 years ago I was referred to this company by Toyota of Freehold. I went down with my graphic designer and sat down with their graphic designer to ensure that everything was as good as it could be. Everyone was on the same page and one thing that the designer said was that the truck emblems would be taken off of the truck, before the truck was wrapped, so that the emblem does not show through the wrap. I definitely agreed that needed to be done and Chris Aumack, their designer even said, we are not in the business of promoting Toyota.
Long story short, we agreed to pay about $2350 and Sunpro Graphics agreed to take American Express as payment, because the company (American Financial Partners) that they recommended for financing was a complete rip off, at around an APR of 25% on a 36 month plan. In a short amount of time, the truck was wrapped and beautiful, only the badges were still on the truck, and were clearly impressed through the wrap. When I asked why they didn't take them off, they claimed that if they took them off that every time it rained my vehicle would have rain go inside of it. Meanwhile, it was clear as day that the emblems were held on by adhesive (confirmed by Toyota that it was double sided tape that can be taken off with thread), not screwed into the body and that they were making an excuse, because they forgot to do so. I thought this was a big deal, because I was paying $2350 for the job and definitely did not want the emblems impressed into the wrap, so I asked them to fix it. There was also something that was put in the wrong spot and I asked them to fix that, too.
So I left the vehicle there and an hour later, I get a call from the owner, Bell Eng, who is a very pushy and disrespectful business person, telling me that the emblems didn't need to be taken off and that if I want him to fix the wrap, he will do it, but then he will not take the American Express and that I had to provide a guaranteed form of payment, such as cash. Since I am a respectful business person, I felt very offended that Bill thought he was doing me a favor and was now holding a gun to my head, so I decided to tell Bill to go and take the wrap off of my truck and that I had no interest in doing business with someone like him.
A few hours later they returned my truck, unwrapped, unmarked and in the same condition that I sent it to them in. For me it was a gigantic waste of time and a very disappointing experience that I will never forget and one that everyone deserves to know about. read more
