Here's a brief overview of our interaction with Rick: In May/June 2016 we ask him for a bid. He comes out and does a thorough job of estimating the job. Three days later we get a comprehensive email with a quoted price. He also recommends an order of operation on our work for the summer as we are going to roof and paint. His suggestions are welcomed and were spot on. Fast forward to September when we're all done with the roof and paint. We call him to schedule. He remembers us simply by name and street. He works to schedule the job with me and is very accommodating to our schedule. He arrives on time as promised with the materials and help he needs to do the job. Five hours later we have some seriously beautiful shiny black gutters installed on our new fascia boards (that he recommended we install). The house looks amazing. They said the storm kept them from installing on the day I was scheduled. Note, the storm was after my scheduled date. They waited until the last 30 minutes of install to tell us if we paid with cash they'd take 10% off. We rushed to the bank while they complained about having to wait. They also missed an entire section of the house and asked for picture proof when I called them. They returned a couple days later to complete that portion.
