Too bad of an experience again. This is not the first time they messed. They put the wrong price then cashier will not honor it. She's saying it's not the price. Although, they are announcing that a merchandise with no price will not be sold. However, this one has a price on it. She's saying somebody might have taken off the price and replace with another. This thrift store was really well organized in regards to their wide clothing section. They organize it by the type of clothing piece as well as by color so if you are looking for anything in particular it is very easy. They wven have different discounts colors for different days. The line gets very long on the weekend it seems so be prepared to wait or have someone wait for you. read more

It was obviously priced by them- both same color, same dept. number on them. Also- their prices are out of control. The store used to be mobbed all the time- now the parking lot is empty, aisles are empty, one cashier. You need to sort through the racks because the sizes are all mixed together, so plan on spending a good part of the day there. The price are not that good. Parking is not that bad. Somebody is usually leaving. The prices are not that good and when they have a percentage off a color ticket, there are really no clothes with that color. read more

Esperanza(cashier) was very argumentative. she had one customer that she had to go get a price for(which was fine), as she passed me coming back i stated when she was done with her ,i would like to get 2 items in the display case which is right next to her where she was ringing. By the time she finished, another lady was now waiting in line. Esperanza waited for the first lady to leave and then called the next person. i inquired again and she said give her a minute. as she ring the second lady 2 more people walk up and she now takes the man that was there. i then state(because there is someone behind him) do i have to wait for the whole new line? she says she is the only cashier, and then takes the lady. finally getting to me i explained that i asked when she only had one person in line, to assist me when done. One of my favorite Thrift shops, super clean, well organized and plenty to select from. I have noticed the prices have gone up a lot, but you can still find a bargain. Lots of stuff, neat and tidy. . I didn't like that the clothing was not organized by size! What a pain. I'm sure grouping it by color makes it easier for the staff but not so much as a customer. This is a surprisingly good thrift store. I base that solely on just how large the area is and the stock they carry. I used to have a prominent side job buying and selling things on eBay, Amazon, and Craigslist, so I was a very frequent visitor to thrift stores and I know a great one from a bad one. Nowadays, I just frequent the shop with my parents and they find many things they enjoy from cookware to men's and women's clothing. Personally, I've gotten two cashmere scarves. Their men's selection is robust and there's always something interesting to see. Recently I've been shopping for active wear and that is an area of the store that is lacking. Also they overprice Nike at $10 for a sleeveless compression shirt. I'll continue to come back as it's a good time. My parents tell me Saturdays are quite busy with lines forming early and a lack of parking. For the business they bring in, their parking lot is quite small. There isn't any recourse to this outside of just waiting for a spot to open up. Wednesdays are senior days with 50% off. read more

Not thrilled. During the year of the PANDEMIC, I was surprised to see how many people were allowed inside during a Saturday afternoon. It was really crowded, to the point where people could not get their carts through the aisles. No one was paying attention to the one way directional signs on the floor, and no one on staff was helping to try to keep it sane. Prices were absurdly high for a dang thrift store. Really ridiculous - sunglasses for $9.99 with scratches on them. Sweatshirts for $10? No thank you. And I absolutely hate that the clothes are sorted by color, not size. What a lazy way to display clothing. All it means is that hundreds of people are pawing through the clothes hoping that they can find something in the right size. No thank you. read more

I was at a red white and blue today with my family and I found a bag with some toys that I wanted to get and as I picked it up, the price tag fell off. I take it to the register and not only was the lady not gonna sell it to me, but even when I tried to explain it to her, she was very rude and gave me a look while I was able to buy the other stuff. This is a great Thrift Store. It's best to get there when they first open or it gets crowded really fast. The items are in pretty good condition, and the store doesn't have that " stale" smell. The only problem I have is the " sticker game " they play. They offer 50% discounts on certain tag colors each day. Ex: 50% off of red and white tags on a Wednesday, however on Wednesday, all the price tags in the store are every color, except red and white. This goes on everyday. While the store is huge and seemingly well organized (everything is by color and not size), the employees are god awful! Multiple times while going down an aisle, I was essentially pushed out of the way by an employee putting items out and on one occasion, one literally blocked the whole aisle with a cart she was going through so that I couldn't get by. I even stood there, hoping she'd be quick and then move and she just took her sweet time and ignored me. The parking lot was pretty crazy as well and they were cash only, as others have mentioned. They do have tag sales (certain colors are a percent off) but prices are high and most of the sale tag colors are non existent. read more

I have been shopping at this place for many years. I always liked it. Each weekend they had 3 tag colors 50% off, I always found something good, This past weekend I went in again. 3 tag colors on sale indeed (red, blue , green). But 99% of items were with this totally different tag format, yellow, and some prices were ridiculous. Okay, I probably shouldn't be so picky because this is a thrift store ala Salvation Army style. Large building-large selection of items including toys, clothes, and housewares. Most of the clothes look weathered and worn besides the fact that you have to go through racks to find something in your size or something you would wear. Bottom line for clothes-if you were looking for a gem like a designer dress or so, keep looking. It won't be here. I have bought toys and children's books from here. My mom was just looking through the athletic tops and there was an employee next to her moving items around on top of the shelf. For no reason that employee had the nerve to call my mom a vulgar name in another language (Spanish) thinking we wouldn't understand. She was laughing about it with another employee thinking we still didn't understand. However, my mom and I both know and speak the language. I wish there were a way to contact management at these stores directly. The counterproductive practice of stapling EVERYTHING needs to be addressed promptly. Why do thrift stores do such an asinine thing to merchandise? Does it really save you THAT much money? It seems like they're deliberately trying to destroy their products. I'm tired of buying an item in the hopes of safely removing the staple, only to end up with a glaring hole despite my gentlest efforts. Leather bags and belts with giant staple holes? COME ON, already, and find a better method of tagging your inventory. It's ridiculous. You're killing my thrifting buzz. I don't have the heart to give this place one star because their items are great.
