Too bad of an experience again. This is not the first time they messed. They put the wrong price…read morethen cashier will not honor it. She's saying it's not the price. Although, they are announcing that a merchandise with no price will not be sold. However, this one has a price on it. She's saying somebody might have taken off the price and replace with another. I was telling her it wasn't my fault as I'm going with what the price says but she wouldn't relent. I told her I'm going to give a review for the frustrating situation .

It's always clean and set up more like a boutique than the other stores. HOWEVER I may need to start going else whereas there are multiple sections in the store I am unable to shop. The clothing racks that are one on top of another make it impossible for the elderly to get out of there with out a backache, sitting on the floors to view the bottom of the racks and having shoulder pain after trying to view the top. Everytime I have been in and need to shop the high racks customers will start small talk about the annoyance of these racks. I unfortunately cannot do it anymore. I'm leaving 5 stars as the store is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The store is just not built for ladies my age, sometimes I leave the store with my back and shoulders in pain. Hopefully soon this will be eliminated or something better can be done. I do love the store and the staff I cannot say this enough. -Ty Elaine C

The company could have very easily just hired people to be rung up by workers which is more preferable anyway. I hoped to see more furniture, home items, books, etc., but there was a very minimal selection. I only ended up purchasing a few CDs which ended up being more expensive than the eBay prices when I looked them up online. The store primarily has an overwhelmingly large clothing selection. Most of the women's items appeared to be lower-quality fast-fashion pieces. Prices were expensive for the value of the items.
