I had been to red table before a long time ago and was not particularly impressed, but my sister and I decided to check it out for a cocktail. They had the World Cup game on, it was busy but not too busy. I got the Lavender 75 and my sister got a glass of wine that we both enjoyed. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup which was extremely delicious. The bisque was perfect and creamy. We also got a small order of the cheap dates which I have always enjoyed. The highlight of the night, though, was the bartender, Donya. She was handling the entire restaurant and bar. Was personable, friendly and personality plus. She was multi tasking and interacting with all the tables and people at the bar. It was super impressive. We will definitely be back.

Another great visit to red table. Laid back local crowd hanging out and watching the nba playoffs on a Wednesday night. Barkeep Danya gave a strong performance managing a busy bar and made me a custom Negroni, which met the mark of perfectly bitter with an extra splash of Campari. Cajun fries helped to mitigate the tasty buzz. Many thanks to red table for being an anchor for the local Huntington harbor neighborhood. I'll be back

Stopped in with family while wrapping up our SoCal sojourn. Though we lived in the area for years before departing the area, regretfully we never had the opportunity to visit here. So happy that we finally did! They have a terrific happy hour from 4 pm till 6 pm so we had a couple appetizers, deviled eggs and coconut shrimp. They were so yummy! For my main course I decided on the Yucatán Chicken and my wife their Spaghetti and Meatballs. Both of those dishes were thoroughly awesome! A terrific taste treat to say the least! For dessert we shared the Banana Pie! So extremely delicious as well. Our waitress did a wonderful job describing the dishes and the cocktails we enjoyed. Hoping to visit again next time we are in the area!

This is my go-to restaurant when I'm in town. Happy hour menu is great, I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and crispy brussel sprouts. Both were delicious. We were celebrating my mom's birthday and they surprised us with our banana cream pie dessert in a giant spoon. This was a great addition and had our table laughing with the size of the spoon dessert. Thank you again for making our dinner perfect!

My husband and I are regulars here. Food is great, the drinks are amazing and so is the service!. The ambience is cozy and gorgeous. They do a seasonal menu which is really cool and on point with the vibes of each season.

yummy! definitely different style of fish and chips. still good. our server was super chill and funny. we were celebrating a birthday and they stored and brought out a cake we had purchased away from the restaurant. along with a massive spoon filled with banana pudding (it wasn't that great but the spoon was entertaining lol). welcoming environment.

Headed over to this restaurant for dinner on the weekend and was pleasantly surprised with the food since there were barely any customers. We ordered cocktails and some appetizers: deviled eggs, bacon wrapped dates, ahi tuna, and chicken bites.

Their signature cocktail made by bartender extraordinaire Nick, called the Smoking Jacket. Loved it! You got to try it.

I have been stalking this place on yelp for a while and finally tried it last night. The location is a bit obscure best parking is in the back of the shopping center where it is located. The restaurant inside is unique and has a great welcoming atmosphere. Service is great and staff is friendly. The food is delicious and has a well rounded menu of a lot of different types of food. It's like a short menu private owned Cheesecake Factory. Not pictured because I forgot to snap pics I also got the beef stroganoff, Caesar salad and veggie risotto. Very good

Pan Seared Halibut..was excellent

I thought about trying this place until I saw the price for fish tacos for $24 (with no sides). Looks like I need to get that second job!

There were few people they were polite for the rest. The kitchen needs to get the order right server manager should be a little bit more considerate how they talk to you customers for that matter I would never go back to it. Knowing that when you place a second order, which is as bad as the first one, I'm happy with Service and I'm happy with the food. Will never go back and by the way you need shades in those windows in the Sun!! is too strong to seat customers in the sun window radiating so much heat on you. Yes you gotta afford to put a few shades seat if possible just kill some of the sun out of the customers shoulders or back and it's too bright. You cannot even see the person in front of you and the scale from 1-10 I give it a rating " 3 "!!! Don't get me wrong. You do have very good service for my observation is too bad. We started with the calamari, and I have to say, it was hands down the best calamari I've ever had! I substituted the chorizo aioli for garlic aioli. At first, I thought the crispy pieces were chips, but to my surprise, they were thinly sliced lemons. They were absolutely delicious and added such a unique, refreshing citrus flavor to the dish. I also ordered the salmon, which was delicious! Although it was slightly overcooked for my preference, the green sauce poured over it was incredible. The black rice complemented the dish perfectly and brought everything together beautifully. As for drinks, I tried the espresso martini, which was pretty good and a nice addition to the meal. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. Between the inviting atmosphere, creative flavors, and delicious food, this was definitely a memorable late lunch. I would absolutely come back, especially for that calamari!

We took advantage of the fun photo op inside and then grabbed some open seats at the wraparound outdoor bar, which was quite comfortable with the overhead space heaters. My friend ordered the Blue Indigo cocktail, and I initially requested the Kiwi Caviar, but since they were out of ingredients for it, I asked for Island Life as a backup. Both drinks were really good. Mine straight up tasted like tropical juice, but my friend's was a bit stronger. We stayed until closing before hopping over to The Bungalow. I ordered a Pink Flamingo and he made a comment like "no good deed goes unpunished," basically because they had opened the door for us. Then I asked if the drink had mezcal in it and he responded, "Unfortunately." It was just a really weird and uncomfortable experience. We weren't trying to hang around past closing either. My brother-in-law and I actually finished our drinks before everyone else and left. I understand wanting to wrap things up at the end of the night, but if you close at 10, customers coming in at 9:30 shouldn't be treated like they're doing something wrong. The service and attitude were just completely unnecessary and honestly pretty unacceptable.

Whatever you order comes out of the kitchen in rapid order. So if you have to make a flight at LAX this might work for you (with some reservations to follow). I walked in and was reminded of my way to cool week in Cuzco only without the crushing headache from the altitude. The place is pretty inside with a beach front vibe to it. The walls are white with murals of fish in schools. The dining room is bright, attractive and filled with comfortable four tops with room to spread out. A cute Bar offers the usual suspects you'll find at a Latin resto to keep your appetizers company. The staff is practiced at getting your food from the kitchen to your table efficiently. Gabriel was focused on keeping the dishes coming and making suggestions when requested or required. At 5:00 PM the place was empty save for waiters waiting for the action to start. Make a nest and in a wink a Server will drop off a basket of house made Potato Chips as good as any Potato Chip ever dreamed of becoming. Salty, super crunchy, greaseless, they was. Truly memorable. Perfect just as they are, there was a bonus...a cup of Huanciana Peruvian Aji Chile and Potato Sauce to take a skinny dip in. Them chips were tasty treats you wish you could stop eating...but you simply can't. A Coconut Daiquri with Plantation Xaywaca (Rum), Salted Fermented Mango, Lime Acids, and Lemon Juice all in an Old Fashioned Glass and a large rock sprinkled with Shredded Coconut. A Rum Yummer and perfect with those magical Chips. The next dish out was the Piqueo Rocoto Mar which was a mas-o-menos tray of four square cups of Causa Shrimp, a fugitive from a bland Jambalaya, Fried Calamari, which were as chewy as an Air Jordon Tongue, Ceviche Mixto (with unknown raw fish) with Salmon Roe, and sadly none of this was remarkable. The last cup offered Grilled Octopus Tentacles which I stopped eating since I watched My Octopus Teacher twice. Being polite I cut off a hunk. It was Octo Chewing Gum. More time in the poaching liquid before grilling might have helped as the Mild Chili Sauce ladled over the Octo arms was decent enough. The Grilled Peruvian Scallops were excellent. Grilled just right, served in the shell with a Buttery Sauce and a sprinkle of Grated Parmesan Cheese. Pry the little buggahs out of their shell, and enjoy each and every one and finish by slurping the juice. Think of this as Peruvian Coquilles St. Jacques. Move the Scallops to the corner nearest you where you hid the last of those Potato Chips. The Acevichado was a Nikkei Style Sushi Roll, (two ample rows) and you know, all things considered, it was pretty good. Bluefin Tuna Loin, Acevichado Sauce (Aji Chili/Mayo Sauce), Sweet Potato Crunch (MIA), Togarashi (Japanese Chili Powder), and Panko which must have eloped with the Sweet Potato Crunch all in two tight rolls. Finally, the finale appeared. Aji di Gallina. Shredded Dakao Poultry Chicken with Creamy Walnut Sauce (masquerading as the ubiquitous Huancaina Potato-y Sauce), Aji Mirasol, (mild Peppers), Mashed Potatoes with Olives. Yes, the menu said Shredded Chicken so that was not a surprise. (Think Peruvian Tinga. I thought fridge clean out). However there were bits of skin hangin' on for dear life, and tendrils of stringy connective tissue like a spider web that followed each fork full that had to be pulled off the chicken. Bottom line it was Pollo de Bandas de Goma, para me, no gracias. Rocoto Pesaca Bar otra vez? Tal vez.
