My husband ordered the Sample Platter which includes sample-sized Beef Stroganoff (sirloin tip steak, onions and white mushrooms, served over egg noodles), Lamb Plov (jasmine rice, Australian lamb, carrots, onion, barberries, cumin), Chicken Kyiv (breaded boneless chicken breast, filled with mozzarella cheese, butter and herbs) & Golubtzy (cabbage leaves wrapped around ground beef and rice filling).
