The gentleman had the nerve to tell me they didn't hear that noise and it was OK to just go ahead and drive it home! Wtf. Then they had the nerve to ask me what the noise was! I had to contact my insurance company again and tell them bc it needs to be fixed. Not only was my car not finished but it took them the entire month to do a fender light and grill. I was told 3 different times it would be done a certain day then told something else. Now they think I'm going to pay out of pocket for the extra days on my rental car bc Gregs can't get it right the first time and had the car longer than they said. So now I'm sitting around waiting for them to tow my jeep to another place to have it fixed. Which they were suppose to do it yesterday and they still have not so who knows but I'm sure this will end in law suit. I also found out today that someone I know is currently suing them as well for about the same situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE

I waited up till midnight with no reply to my texts for ETA until 0630 the following morning to find out he got home at dark and never informed me that he wasn't coming! Feeling guilty he texted back next morning at 0630 that he could come over after he finished a County hot tap job! that soon turned into two hot tap jobs which later turned into "don't know when he'd finish that job"! Totally undependable service! Do not trust anything Mr. David Rollins tells you! I could have spent my time renting a dozer and recovered my skid steer first day to save flood damage if I weren't waiting on a dishonest man! I also think he dislikes Soldiers because I told him I only had three days left of my leave to finish my farm work and can't finish until I get unstuck which he didn't care putting other jobs in front of me the following morning after leaving me hanging the night before when he had no intention of coming and was home in bed while I waited up till midnight!

My son hit a large pothole that brought his car out of alignment at the beginning of the summer. He…read morewas driving back from college and had 500 or so miles to go to get home and the poor alignment wore out his front tires as he traveled the remainder of his trip home. We opted to have an alignment done, replace the front tires with used tires to match the tread life on the back and replace two TPMS sensors. 3 months and 6000 miles later the front tires were worn out again, which shouldn't have happened. The shop did everything in their power to make it right, performing a second alignment under warrantee, and mounted/balanced the 4 tires we brought in for free. My son forgot that they had installed two TPMS sensors 3 months prior and bought 4 new ones. When my son arrived home he mentioned that he had only needed to purchase the 4 TPMS sensors and that the car rides perfectly. I then pointed out that 2 of the TMPS sensors that he just replaced were only 3 months old. Swann's let us bring the car back, removed/reinstalled the 3 month old TPMS sensors and refunded the cost of them. In this instance they made even our mistake right. Not every service is going to go according to plan, but a great vendor like Swann's is able to turn what could have been a bad experience into one that we won't soon forget. They will be getting all of our future tire related business.
