Go anywhere else!!!…read more I had a very disappointing experience at Dutch Miller Ford. I drove about four hours round trip after being assured multiple times that the factory warranty on a new 2025 Ford Bronco would start when I purchased the vehicle. I specifically asked before making the drive and confirmed it again the day I came in to sign the paperwork. When I was reviewing the paperwork, I noticed the mileage listed was incorrect. It showed around 1,700 miles when the Bronco actually had over 2,200 miles. I asked for it to be corrected because I wanted the paperwork to accurately reflect the mileage at delivery. That's when I was finally told the Bronco was a demo vehicle, and because of that, the factory warranty had already started months earlier when the dealership placed it into demo service. This was the exact opposite of what I had been told before making the trip. Instead of receiving the full 3-year/36,000-mile warranty from my purchase date as promised, I would have been losing a large portion of the time-based warranty before ever owning the vehicle. Had I been told the truth from the beginning, I never would have driven hours to look at it. For only a few thousand dollars more, I could purchase a 2026 Bronco with a full factory warranty and 0% financing through Ford. When I decided I wasn't comfortable moving forward because of the misinformation, instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was told that it wouldn't affect the vehicle's trade-in value in the future, as if that somehow made losing a significant portion of the warranty acceptable. It felt like they were trying to convince me that the issue wasn't important rather than taking responsibility for giving me incorrect information. After spending about seven hours of my day driving and sitting at the dealership based on information that wasn't true, I walked away from the deal. To their credit, they did fill up my gas tank before I left, which I appreciated, but it didn't make up for the wasted time or the misleading information. If you're considering buying a demo vehicle here, make sure you verify exactly when the factory warranty started instead of relying on what you're told.

They wanted to do a diagnostic on it and i told them I want paying for it. They checked, it was the shocks. She said she'd order them and let us know when they were in. In the mean time these were eating the tires off our vehicle. I called them a month later and she said they were on back order. Wrong! We called and could pick a pair up that day. She told me hopefully they'd be in, in a couple days. The next day she called and they were in, imagine that. We took the ventricle out and they put them on. Our tires were ruined, good tires. We went elsewhere to get tires, $900.00 for the. All because of DutchbMillers ignorant worker not ordering them till I called. I would take a tricycle there to be worked on. They have screwed us over and over again only because we were told the warranty would only cover where vehicle was bought. Never again. Do not take your vehicle there to be worked on, they are clueless. Don't but from them. Ford Motor Co and attorney general has been contacted on this group. They need closed down.
