I am a fan of I-77 Ford. I bought my car here, I get my car serviced here and I trust the mechanics here....that is the biggest reason I like this location is because the staff is friendly and very helpful. This is where I am definitely going to buy my next ride!!! I Love strolling on the lot enjoying the beautiful cars and even test driving a few. They worked on my car,said 600 to fix it,there mechanics broke heater hoses and clutch cable and called me and said they couldn't order the parts...so I had to order from O'reilly auto parts store...they said it would only be one day to fix and took them 14 days to fix...anyway they charge me over 1300 in labor and parts I had to get.what kind of Ford dealer ship is this?they can't order parts or tell the truth either.back yard mechanic.Do not trust these people..... read more

I took my new 21 F-350 Lariat to have its first oil change. Friendly staff. By when i got into my truck i noticed grease footprints all over my new floor mats and could feel it on my steering wheel. Makes me wonder if they cant take care of keeping my truck clean, how well do they actually perform the work? Manager wanted to make it right but i dont have much patience for laziness. I dont recommend this place for service. read more
