BUYER BEWARE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE…read more Grahams seemed helpful at first. Until i got my car back a week later. Theyre great until you hold them accountable for the work they were hired to do. I drove back into Dayton and immediately needed more work done. Grahams didnt do the serpentine belt tensioner. Put my new belt on an old pin. I had to redo it within 2 weeks. They mocked me when i asked for a refund and said they would send it if i sent the new bill. I did. Never came. Asked again. Said its sent. Never arrived. My brakes clunk clunk in reverse since pick up. It looks like my original rotors were never replaced as they are still the drilled n slotted i had on and are now rusting. I have a feeling i was charged for work that was never done. I spent over $2000 mind you to get mocked when confronting them about the pin. Im still waiting for my refund @Grahams Towing. They took days extra ordering brake sensors but my computer still throws the brake sensor code so they did it wrong or charged me for what wasnt done. The other shop tried to clear it but it won't. Grahams was an utter waste of money and ive been angry and frustrated with every aspect of dealing with them as people, mechanics and business owners. Go anywhere else.

I've never took the time to leave any type of reviews before like this so that's saying something…read more Was getting four new tires and an alignment. Was told it would take about an hour when we first got there from one of the workers. Waited almost an hour and a half before they ever took the car back. Ok, that's whatever. Walked and got something to eat, came back over an hour later and thought it was done. Tires were already on the car but still needed to be aligned. Was told an hour possibly 2 hours for that. Sat and waited 2 1/2 hours before it was ever pulled in the garage to start that. That took literally no time. 10 mins max. So what should had took about an hour total ended up taking from 9am until almost 1:30 today. Which shit happens and people get busy, whatever. But when we go to leave we get about a mile down the road and the low tire pressure light pops up. Turn around and asked to check to see if they maybe forgot to recalibrate it inside the car and was told they did and that sometimes it takes awhile for the light to pop off. The light wasn't on at all when we got into the car, it popped up after leaving. Once that was said the owner tells one of his workers to go check it real quick. The worker then says they go by what's on the car door...At that point, was a little frustrated and said I would check them myself. Sitting in the parking lot we check all four brand new tires and every single one is no where near the recommended pressure and they were all different pressure. Our car is recommended 33/32. One front tire was 44 lbs, another 41, then the other 2 tires were in the upper 30s. After spending the whole afternoon for a simple job and spending$820 on new tires , at the very least they should have been the correct poundage! I mean it is a TIRE shop. Never apologized for the extremely long wait or anything. We will take our business anywhere else in the future. Total joke.

Mike and his crew are the best i have ever dealt with. Nothing but kindness and honest people…read more Great prices on all they do. Keep up all the Great work that you all do. You all have got my business. Having people like you all makes life so much better.
