The Upper Ottawa location has gotten worst and worst from our last few visits. The staff members were very rude when I called them out for over charging me. We were then served what looked to be chickadee wings, dry, cold and the smallest I've ever seen served. Would I go there again, probably not. It's a shame because this used to be our goto for wings. Just ordered combo 4 from the Queenston location and it was great! The wings were amazing, sauced the way we like them and the sides were good as well. I ordered a pound of wings and fries and even asked them on the phone if they have fries and they said yes. I asked the girl if she thought the fries were good and she said yes. When I got home and opened the box, the fries were potato wedges. I called the store and they argued with me that potato wedges and fries were the same thing, I guess potato chips are the same thing to. I said I'd just bring them back and get a refund after 20 years of being a customer. They right out refused to refund me my $3.00 and would rather lose my business. Well, after I tell the 3000 people that I work with in my industry it will cost Red Rockets more than $3.00. Also, before leaving this complaint about their horrible customer service I left 2 messages in the "Contact Us" portion of the website to contact me to discuss this but to no avail. Some ok take out here. I had a #5 combo with 1/2 rack of ribs, 9 wings, veggie sticks, fries, and coleslaw. Yea I was hungry. The ribs, fries, and coleslaw (huge portion) were terrific but the wings were just so so, likely just out of a bag. Veggie sticks were also pretty poor,check out the photos! Had my adult son call and order for the family on Halloween, could hear girl not giving him enough time to answer and could hear she was getting annoyed with the way he spoke. This is our go to takeout wing place in the Stoney Creek area. There are two other locations in Hamilton, but I've only tried out this one. The online order form is simple to use and orders are usually ready in roughly 15 minutes. We ordered 2lbs of wings: hot bbq and honey mustard. The sauce selection is decent: mild bbq, medium bbq, hot bbq (my favourite), blazing hot, Jamaican hot, honey garlic, garlic BBQ, honey mustard (drool worthy), or plum sauce. You can get the wings unbreaded (original), crispy, saucy or dry (sauce on the side). The wings are large, don't be fooled by other wing joints that'll inflate their wing sizes by using heavy batter. We also picked up a side of fries (you can order them crispy), garlic bread and veggie dip. The fries were pretty salty, the garlic bread was "ok" and the veggie dip was standard fare: carrots, celery and blue cheese dip. They really tailor to your preference and almost everything you order is customizable. Come for the wings, the rest is mediocre. Enjoy! read more

I've been by a few times in the past few months - Caveat - I am a customer that doesn't like his time wasted. Unfortunately, the past 3 times running, time has been wasted for a significant period of time. I order at 6:00pm with a pickup at 7:00pm, and arrive promptly, I don't expect to be waiting until 7:20pm. Especially, when the ticket is black Sharpied '7:00pm'.. We randomly found this place on our drive back up from niagara and I'm so glad this was one of the few places open that day. We ordered combo #5 which came with 1 1/2 pounds of wings, half a rack of ribs, large wedge fries and large coleslaw. For a take out spot the wings and ribs were soooo good! Everything was super hot and freshly made. The ribs were fall of the bone with a smokey flavour. I love them! I ordered extra crispy honey garlic wings with extra sauce and they were perfect! Wings weren't dinky and they were crispy on the outside and juicy and meaty on the inside. The wedge fries were crispy and tasted great dipped in the honey garlic sauce. The coleslaw was a little too vinegary for my liking but it was still good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area or on their drive from qew. One of the best wings place in town. They are a little bit pricier but they're well worth it. The chicken wings aren't gigantic but the definitely aren't tiny either. They pile your box high with fries and fresh veggies with dip. They also have combos to feed a larger crowd for a cheaper price. read more

Wing consistency isn't the greatest sometimes they are big next time small, also the consistency with the gravy is either very watered down or thick. All the sauces are delicious I personally get honey garlic or hot. Usually on an order something is forgotten either can of pop or gravy. Delivery price is way to high if you live near by it should be cheaper. Customer service skills with the delivery drivers could be a little better. Overall good wings. read more

Our go to wing place! Best sauces and the wings are always good! The price keeps going up but the portion size is still reasonable. Usually get garlic bread with cheese too, which is decent. I love their chicken strips, but it's odd it can't be ordered as a combo? I like online ordering best, but the website has some flaws...I continually have trouble entering discount codes and promotional offers and their lunch specials are not available online. The website does allow for specific cooking instructions, ie. saucy wings, crispy fries, sauce on the side, etc. so that's neat and useful! Will continue to go for sure! read more
