This location in Burlington, Ontario, at Brant and the 403, doesn't get customer service at all. Once when I was there, the drive-thru was closed at about 8:45 "because it wasn't busy", although there were probably 10 people in the restaurant at the time and I was inconvenienced because I would have preferred to order my takeout food through the drive-through. And then most recently, I ordered something from the drive-through and was told that it was going to take a little longer to cook and that I had to pull up and move away from the window to wait for it to be brought out to me. I would have had no issue doing this if there was a lineup of cars behind me, but there was not and when I said "I'll just wait here.", she told me I had to move because there's a timer on the window that measures their performance. Ummmmm, not my problem, Burger King....their problem!! Why the hell should I be the one inconvenienced?? No complaints with the good but stop inconveniencing customers.
