    Should've listened to everything on the news. Only ended up going here because my car was stolen and they had to put a new ignition in. I got an oil change a week ago and today the plug came out while driving in a remote area on highway 50. Oil drained everywhere and I needed a tow.

    I came in looking to buy a new vehicle, and the man I was working with, Arb, was amazing and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was estimated at a $27,000 trade in, and I of course wasn't expecting to get that, but at least in the ball park. The "business manager" came out with a proposal and said they cap trade ins at $15,000. He then proceeded to say it was mandatory to purchase these warranties on the car I was looking at. Note that the vehicle I was looking at was $24,000 MSRP, so I shouldn't have had to worry about a lot of fees, if any at all. At the end of it all, he said I'd have to pay $16,000 to walk out!! This place is a total scam, and they hide it behind friendly faces. Also, I test drove the car and the odometer read 5,500 miles. When they tried to sell it to me, they marked it at 4800. Scam after scam, this place is a joke.

    This place absolutely does not no anything to help. I bought a car there Feb 2nd 2022 that had a crack in the windshield not a small crack at all. **see picture below** I have not kidding, called them eight times went to their store in person twice, and spoke to three different people every time to try to get this resolved. On top of it all being polite. None of them have called me back. None of them have responded to my messages I've left. And my windshield is still not replaced obviously.. And to top it all off it was in our agreement when I purchased my car that they would fix my windshield, and I have it in writing. I would never recommend this place to my friends and family. Unless they drastically change who is managing this operation.

    This is the most dysfunctional business I have ever encountered!…read more Chris is the owner. I Called at 3:10. Shanna the office help said the part would be at the shop in 30 minutes and the truck would be done by 5. I Drove from Montrose to GJ arriving 15 minutes before they closed and the door was locked, lights were off. I heard the side gate closing so I went to the side and met one of the guys. He said shanna left and wasn't sure where the truck was but said the part didn't come in. He called Shawna and I could hear her telling him to tell me truck wasn't ready. My wife and I took off work early and drove 3 hrs round trip to have the truck not ready after Shawna said it would. Pissed off would be an understatement. One of the workers said it was his last week there. When I picked the truck up Shawna made no mention of her gross error, I really want to use some other select words to describe how I really feel... when I brought it up she shook it off as no big deal until I started reading her all the events that took place that day. She ended up giving me $300 off of a $2,300 bill. When I spoke to the mechanic who did the work I mentioned Chris said he would be there. The mechanic said he didn't know why he would say that since he was in court all day. I asked if his business was getting sued and answered yes. Driving home I was on the verge of over heating and my pyro reading was 12k. I ended up taking it to another shop in Montrose and after another 2k it was fixed and adjusted correctly. The only advice I can give is to shop around and do your homework before considering this shop. I will never use or recommend this sorry excuse for a shop.

It started as a code service issue regarding a PCV valve, which turned into an oil pan leak, to a cracked head and head gasket issue. Yeah, we're talking five digits here. Chris coordinated the payment on the repair with the third-party warranty administrator and all I paid for was the original Crank Case Pressure Sensor. Everyone else was responsive to my concerns, keeping me up-to-date. Thanks again folks!

I was literally two minutes from driving off the lot. Then it all fell apart. Three red flags that made me walk: - Credit Union Roadblock - The dealership refused to provide my credit union with a bill of sale before the transaction date, then immediately pressured me to switch to their financing sources. - Warranty Scare Tactic - They claimed that an extended warranty purchased from an East Coast dealership wouldn't be honored in the Western U.S. (This is false--Toyota warranties are honored nationwide.) - The Deal Breaker - They insisted I sign a mandatory arbitration agreement waiving my right to take them to court, claiming it was "required by law" to complete the sale. (Also false.) I refused. I walked away. No dream car for me today
