After the estimator took about 20 pictures of all sides of my truck she told me she would sent me an estimate via e-mail. I then went to an auto shop for a 2nd estimate. 2nd place gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of arriving and made an appointment to have the new running boards installed. After I waited for 4 days I contacted Kaizen to see why I'd never received an estimate and was told that the running boards for my truck were obsolete and estimator was checking suppliers for replacements. All she had to do was check Amazon. So needless to say I'll never go back to Kaizen for anything. I believe they're liars and shysters and not worth my time nor money.

This shop took the initiative to help transfer my claim to their location when they learned a larger, busier sister shop wouldn't be able to begin repairs for weeks. They worked with my insurance company to reroute the tow truck driver, drove me to the airport for a rental, picked me up following a last-minute change in travel plans, drove me to the post office to box and ship personal items in my car, then took me to the airport again to catch a flight. Samantha went above and beyond to ensure I made it to my destination on time, and called with daily updates on the status of my repairs. My car was ready for pickup before other shops in town would have even started repairs. Impressive teamwork, communication, and customer service. Then wouldn't communicate anything in between unless I decided to pop by and check in on them. Same excuse every time we're getting to it tomorrow or next week. Lie to me numerous times about giving me a phone call. Do not trust these guys they broke someone's Toyota and blamed it on a previous shop.

I spent a few grand having a good body shop go completely over my truck and take care of anything…read morethey found. Replaced the entire bedside, tailgate, and re-paint most of the truck. The top of the cab was original paint and had zero damage or paint defects. After paint, took it to Line-X and told Frank I wanted the cab top and lower belt-line sprayed for protection. 6 months later I noticed the top of the cab peeling back on the edge. Investigation revealed I now had rapid developing damage under the Line-X. No edge seal, no adhesion, and not even wiped down before sprayed. Took it back to Frank who informed me that mine was not the first one he's had come back. Claimed that , due to COVID, he has had trouble getting product so I would have to wait to get it fixed. Meanwhile he has plenty of product to keep spraying new customers, seemingly every day. It's been over a month and still not stepping-up. I have cut out all the damage, treated all the rust and re-primed the area at my expense. All I wanted was Frank to do was the, minimal, right thing and re-spray and seal what he missed.
