The car sat there for four weeks and they didn't fix the A/C or anything else. I am now wondering if the system flushes I paid for on the van were actually done. I guess I'll never know. Will not go back to Car Tech or recommend them to anyone else.

Even though they were booked out for days, they fit me in, looked at my car, and they were able to repair it this morning. They also offer rides; they drove me back to my hotel and they then picked me up when my car was done. In addition to being super kind with outstanding customer service, they really know what they're doing. They were able to quickly diagnose and get the right parts and their mechanic did a great job putting them in. Their prices were good. I would highly recommend this shop. I kept going back to Jeff automotive time after time because I thought they were doing Good for me, but I found out in the end after I went to big old tires that they were not, Big o tires gave me a free inspection and told me what was wrong they did not charge $ 60 just to look at my vehicle. ( I hate that) Jeffs auto charges you $60 just to drive your car up the street to test drive. So unethically. I had my power steering done at Jeff auto March 2022. ($394.70) It's now failing. I also had my control arms and suspension and cv joints done in June of 2024 ($1574.80) and they're now failing. I also had my brakes completely done October of 2024 ($844.67) they're failing. I spent over $3020 and I took it to them the other day. I told them it was shaking and my power steering was leaking and they said we're charging you $60 for a diagnostic and would not cover any of the repair.They said none of it is under warranty. I will never go there again or recommend. Don't go here. And they don't care about your safety. Just more money to take from you and have the parts fail

Traveling in an '87 Grand Wagoneer pullin' a 15' Aladdin trailer when I died at the Utah/Colorado border, looking at the "Welcome to Colorado" sign. I called AAA and, after some negotiation on jurisdiction, got towed into Grand Junction, Co (30+miles). The driver, whom I never met, suggested Smitty's as the place to go for an 'honest repair job'. I'm broke down - not sure what's wrong - no clue what a place named "Smitty's" is going to say or do. It's hot - gotta' go for it. The head mechanic took me in, let me park my trailer in the yard, ran an extension cord so I'd have power, let me use the facilities (shower, etc.). We (they let me be involved in all aspects of the work) worked on the Jeep (on-n-off for two(2) days) in between other jobs that came in - more poor broke-down folks from the hwy. They were knowledgeable mechanics - good troubleshooters. Not sure how many actual hours we worked on the Jeep - fuel delivery problem - but the bill didn't reflect it at all - very, very reasonable considering what we went through. I took off and finished my trip - 8500 miles. Next time I'm through Grand Junction I'll stop by to say Hi, and thanks for everything.

All in One Auto installed an allegedly factory rebuilt motor into my 1993 Toyota Pickup. In the…read morefirst ten months after the installation, the truck spent 79 days at the All in One garage and another 17 days, inoperable in my driveway, correcting problems caused by an inferior installation. After repeatedly leaving it for corrections, this desperately needed work truck spent nearly 7 weeks at All In One, to repair a massive oil leak that had developed 3 days after Tim supposedly repaired a valve cover leak, caused by his subcontractors and "repaired", by him, once before. Tim Palmer, a self-proclaimed mechanic, promised over and over again that the repairs were almost done. One time we waited in a Grand Junction restaurant for hours, with the false promise that he might be able to hook up the last hoses and wires and have the truck ready to drive home. When I finally had it towed to an honest mechanic, it shocked me to discover that, in 7 weeks, nothing had been done to the motor, except to remove the fan. In the process, Tim had punched a large hole in my radiator and lost the fan shroud. A broken valve cover bolt was re-inserted with silicon sealant to hold it in. The remaining valve cover bolts had major damage, caused by over tightening. Other parts were damaged and installed incorrectly. On top of the nearly $7,000. that I had already spent, the damages, caused mostly by All In One, cost me an additional $2,760. to repair. The actual damages that A.I.O. caused me and my truck were partially recognized, when Mesa County Small Claims Court (case #16S67) awarded me a $4,100 judgment. Fortunately, they agreed to look at my car on Saturday morning. Otherwise, I would have been stuck in a hotel the entire weekend because I live out-of-town. They contacted me on Saturday and let me know that they could move the fender back from my wheel so I could drive home safely. They also inspected the my car to ensure it was safe to drive. When done, they dropped my car off at the hotel and briefed me on everything they did. The car drove well and we were able to arrive home with no problems. I can't say enough good things about these folks. They were polite, professional, and provide outstanding service.
