Right now, their selection is limited however, if you're really ready to put the money down, this is the place to do it. I bought and paid for mine sight unseen; I knew there would be a wait and Jack really couldn't tell me when, so I was pleasantly surprised when 3 weeks after the purchase, the gun was in. Picking it up, Jack really made sure I understand proper handling and safety measures. I'll definitely go back for my next one. Right now their inventory is low, so you just have to go and see what they have. They do practice Covid protocols, so be prepared to wait. The guy, I believe his name was Jack (I could be mistaken, if I am sorry dude) was an ideal person to deal with when buying a firearm. He was serious, firm in procedural process, and thorough on safety protocol and education for customers. It's a small shop that only allows 1 customer in at a time, so yeah you'll most likely be standing outside for awhile before being helped (I waiting about 20-25 minutes) but when you do finally get in the experience is very personal. You're the only one in there so you have their attention, and their scrutiny (which again in this setting is crucial) all to yourself, there's no other customers crowding you or causing any other annoyances or interruptions. Placed my order June 2nd, 2020. For 6 weeks I received no appointment and have not seen or held the firearm physically I paid for in full. I communicated with this company as they've requested online after I placed my order. I get it you're busy and with the virus going on I have been nothing but understanding to how busy people can get. I've even stated that specifically in my messages and emails they rarely respond to. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone at around the time they open 4 weeks after my order was placed, but he was completely rude and had bad attitude for no reason off the bat. I even had to ask him a few times why he thinks it's okay to keep talking me to me like that? I was keeping calm and cordial while he was the complete opposite, and his attitude persisted as he kept making it a point that I was lucky I even reached anybody at all. All I wanted was an update on my order, ensure they had a left side eject option for the firearm I chose, and make an appointment. I even wrote in my messages I didn't want to waste anybody's time so I placed my order and asked if they could accommodate a left side eject if not it's all good no harm no foul. I've worked over a decade of customer services so I try to make interactions with other businesses I deal with simple and to the point.(without attitude as well because that doesn't help anyone especially during these times.) I communicated the way they ask on their website but I've never in my 33 year old life experienced paying for something online in full and barely receiving any assistance or response in over a month. The gentleman didn't even tell me his name I had to ask myself because surely this can't be the owner of this establishment this is way too unprofessional and unnecessary. Low and behold his name is Jack the owner of this place that I based my purchase off of reading reviews on yelp and google stating he would be a good guy to work with etc. This started to become very discerning. Jack has dropped the ball a couple times regarding my order and concerns without caring or giving me the mutual respect I've displayed to him. Before this call he needed an updated number because mine was 1 digit off and he couldn't reach me to set an appointment. Understandably simple mistake easily fixed then I messaged him back and also left a voicemail for them with my corrected number. Never received any response after number was corrected. I waited a few days but still no call which lead to my initial first unpleasant interaction above. Jack clearly stated he would order me a left side eject (after our phone conversation) and it would take 2 more weeks on top of how long I've already waited even though he's seen my messages online requesting that option after my order was placed. What's the point of having a messaging system you push so hard for customers to utilize, but you have no accountability for response yourself? That's just bad business, bad customer service, and even worse communication. I received a call from Dash (who was much more pleasant to speak with) a week later stating they would be getting a shipment of left side ejects, but it would be $80 more because of the color. Jack told me if I ordered the left side eject with the same color I originally ordered the price would be the same. So at this point Jack never even ordered me the left side eject he said he would from our previous conversation. On top of me waiting over 4 weeks (now 6 weeks) they want to charge me more? At this point it seems like this was a plan discouraging me to purchase from them which I find very unprofessional and disrespectful after I've been patiently trying to give them my business. They either pay for their reviews on yelp and google because they certainly do not reflect this upsetting, disappointing, and overall uncomfortable experience I've had with them. I recently have had a rifle purchased and shipped for my son from WBT online all the way in San Diego and they helped me quicker and more efficiently than these guys. My mistake to have my transfer shipped to Red Rifle because it arrived Monday July 6th and still no call to start paperwork for my backround. I really hope they're not tampering with the rifle as it's my son's first rifle for his 10th Birthday and my experience has given me plenty of doubts about this location's professionalism. Do yourself a favor and go to Roger's Defense or Wanney's Firearms where you'll feel like you're getting your money's worth because they helped me within 24 hours of placing an order and making an appointment. Made me really see the night and day difference between real firearm business professionals compared to over entitled business owners who think they can discriminate and treat people differently instead of treating everyone equally regardless of the order and the contents ordered. read more

Not only it was hard to find, I received it at a hard to beat price. Not only is Jack very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He was able to handle all my questions about other products in the industry. Today being a day over the 10 day background check, I visited the store for the very first time to pick up my Ruger Match Champion. Jack went through every precaution to make sure I walked in there with his full attention and that I left with great satisfaction of great customer service. I even bought other things while I was in the store. The price of the items there range from fair to excellent. The store is small but contained many desirable hand guns and rifles. Anything not in stock was available for order. I did not feel pressured to buy anything from him nor offered any special discounts from writing this review.
