TLDR: So I wasn't going to post this because we were like ok whatever we'll just pay and not go back. But I think it's important to tell because this could happen to anyone and it shouldn't lead to that. Nail lady cut my mother on her ankle while we were all getting pedicures and it got infected End of may went to this nail salon with my family and we got manicures and pedicures. While I was getting my pedicure done there was another lady that was doing my moms pedicure was talking and not paying attention while scrubbing my moms foot and ended up cutting her on her ankle, the like knob part where the bone is. So her ankle is bleeding and the nail lady doesn't even do anything she just goes oh sorry and stops. Like she doesn't offer her a bandaid or any way to clean it. Thankfully I had a bandaid in my purse so I gave it to my mom but it kept bleeding. My mom tells the lady it's ok accidents happen and the lady finishes up polishing her nails. And uses her towel to clean up any blood and finally gets her a new bandaid as it's still bleeding. But the lady put the soiled towel and dirty tools back on her cart. Didn't even dispose of them or anything. Like that's blood, bodily fluids and you're just going to put it in the same cart you put all your other tools. My sister and I are like no that's not ok like that's way up on her ankle not on her foot. And even if it was on her foot it still wouldn't be ok but slightly more understandable because it would have been the general area. Anyways we go to pay and we're like so your nail lady cut her and she's still bleeding so is there any discount or anything you can do. we weren't trying to get out of paying but like they could have offered something. We went back and forth And the lady was adamant that they don't offer any kind of discounts. And that the nail lady apologized so it's okay. And we're like it's not but whatever so we paid and left vowing to never go there again. At the time thinking we could handle it. Once home we put oils and cleaned the wound out trying to heal it. Flash forward to a month and my mom says her foot is getting worse. She goes to the er and tells them what happened and they look at her foot and say it's infected and that nail salons are one of the dirtiest places. So take what you will from this story but the main takeaway is the nail lady cut her and put the same towel and tools that had blood on them back in her cart. We won't be going back. read more

This places does amazing nails. Beautiful. But way way over priced. I know due to Covid-19 a lot of businesses struggled. But so has the people. If you have the $ to spend, you won't be disappointed. I would return if the prices were back to normal for acrylics. Too expensive for my pockets. And there's no prices posted anywhere. read more

I love this nail place I went to get a pedi care I love how the lady took her time to remove calluses and she was so patient I didn't get her name but then some old guys who work there took her place and he put some Orange scrub and lotion on my legs and rub and massage my legs with a hot rock then put a hot towel and told me to leave on for five minute but he took a while to come backand then another lady took over and finally added the base coat and nail polish and I was done oh did I mention she use new tools for my feet but with all that I'm giving it 3 stars for the fact it took three people to work on my feet whe it only takes one read more

My sister and I got there around 4 pm on a Saturday and were not greeted at all . No "hi welcome" nothing . Just "what do you want done ?" And we were not sure since it was our first time there so she kept asking what we wanted done . we made it obvious we were looking at the prices ! So we told her we were gonna look at the prices first and she still asked us what we wanted done . (Annoying!) After we knew what we wanted we signed in and started to look at the nail polish . They didn't have a variety of colors and the ones they did were chunky ! 30 mins of waiting turned into 2 hours ! And they weren't even checking up on us ! We had to ask how much longer . And some lady was like "uhhhhmmmmm.... " then some lady told her something in their language and then she told me "oh, 30 mins" (LIE!) After 2 hours of waiting ! My sister finally goes up to get a full set of nails . The lady doing her nails was using freaking kids scissors to cut the nails , didn't even cut her cuticles because it was not a manicure .. Also I was looking at my sisters nails and the lady was like "what?? What's wrong ??" Damn it ! So my sister then requested round nails instead of square and the lady was like " are you sure ??" My sister kept saying yes but it seemed like she just didn't want to take her time making the nails round or something dk what her problem was but she just kept asking " you sure !??" the nails came out crappy looking . Aside from them looking not cute at all my sister said some felt thicker than others. I decided not to get MY nails done there , I will never go back ! Rham did my nails beautifully and expressed the importance of not letting nails go so long and the reasons why. He speaks absolutely perfect English and actually talks to you. I came to this place because someone recommended me to come because apparently they were under new ownership. As a guy, I came for a simple manicure, which I get every two weeks, but at a different spot. The guy that helped me was rushing as he was trying to do my nails done but he was more interested in my personal life than looking at my nails. I showed him a picture of exactly how I wanted my nails and I told him I wanted my nails short, when I told him to cut them shorter, he said no "not good for you" It's not what's good for him, it's good for me and what I LIKE!!! I am paying for what I want to see on my nails. and even after telling him to go shorter, he still didn't cut him enough. My nails are uneven and rough. He didn't use any cuticle softener to cut my cuticles and he was pulling them really hard and the edges of my fingers are all rough and he said " I'll put oil before you leave" When he was done, he just said OK you pay and never put the oil on my nails. Like every other nail salon, they only charge you gel removal if you are not doing gel pedicure again! Makes sense, right!?!? But what pissed me off how they added everything. She said $33 for gel, $5 for removal and $3 because I want gel....that equals $41 + card fee $1...still doesn't equal $50!!! First of all, why do they think they can charge an arm & a leg for horrible service, bubbly & bumpy finishing nail polish, rude staff, & for a service you did not want. Never will I ever come back here. Asked for gel nails. And the young guy that was doing my nails stopped in the middle left to help someone else and never came back, so after 20 minutes someone else started helping me. My whole nail wasn't covered in polish so I had to ask the other women to do it. And when I left after 2 hours my nails were still not dry. And started to crack! Gel nails should be dry as soon as you walk out. They next day my nails still weren't dry and all cracked went back to get my money back and only gave me a fraction of the cost. After arguing I just left. When I went somewhere else apparently he but regular nail polish on the bottom and when the lady did my french tip she used gel. Which made them crack. They have no idea what they are doing its ridiculous. Have never had such a bad experience and a nail salon. And it ended up costing me twice as much just to get them fixed. I've been to several nail salons and never had to wait. But here I was told a 10 minute wait and it was actually a 30/40 minute wait. What I hate more than waiting is being lied to. They also helped someone who arrived after I did before me. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and sometimes when I'm visiting here I'm forced to go to a place in the AV. And I never expect much from places here, especially since the gel manicures are usually cheaper. But this place was really bad. It looked awful, prices weren't that cheap, limited color options and bad quality. My nails looked completely awful, the color was rippled and she had to redo my nails several times and each time they looked worse! The owner did not care at all about my dissatisfaction. Me and my daughter went yesterday to get our nails done for Valentine's Day I waited over an hour which was fine since they were busy and we had nothing else to do however I expected that the lady would spend the time with me to give the the simple nails I wanted and to paint my 4 year old daughter nails and toenails. However she rushed through my nails and did a horrible job they r uneven and since she couldn't do the heart design on the white nail she painted over it with pink and the white still shows all because she can't do the heart design because the polish they have "won't work" They left chucks for acrylic under my nails. they didn't have time to paint my daughters toe nails...mind you they kept taking other customers as my daughter sat there waiting to get them painted they said she can come back tomorrow....so I ended up paying over 50 bucks for shitty nails and had to explain to my daughter why they can't paint her toenails that takes less then 5 mins to do. horrible customer service I will never go back... read more

This place is horrible. I went in for a gel manicure that was supposed to last me at least 3weeks and i was surprised that my nails started chipping after 1 week. The materials they use are the cheapest....no wonder every reviewer is complainig about bubbly nails. Not to mention, the girl that was doing my manicure did not wash her hands and was doing my nails and someone elses...yuck! They DO NOT sterilize the instruments, and i know this for a fact...the pouch has indicators that should change colors when exposed to heat and they don't.
