I try not to leave bad Yelp reviews, but I don't encourage people to go here. This was my first visit here, and I told them over the phone. I didn't see any cash only signs, but maybe I just missed them (not a big deal because I had cash but just a tip if this is your first visit). Every place I get dip always asks me if I want fake tips for my powder nails. They did not. Before beginning powder, I asked them about the tips. They said it was too late (before starting the powder). Then she continued to sand the cuticle down until it started bleeding. Lastly, I know dip is time consuming, but this was the longest it has ever taken for me to get this done. This is my first bad experience with dip. I travel for work and always have great luck with nail places until now.

The dames difference I literally got these done 3 days ago

Went their to get my nails done and the make you pay way to much for not so good quality nails all my nails a different shape you can see through my nail they didn't put that stuff back on my nails all they way witch made them like like I've had them for 3 weeks the paint u can see through an I had to pay 53 dollar not worth it

I came in from out of town for a work meeting. Because I had picked off half of my gel polish - I HAD to get my nails done before the meeting in the morning. Stumbled upon Red Nails via Yelp when searching from my hotel. Walked in and was seated right away. They are cash/check only - FYI. Lilly did a manicure/gel polish with design. She was fabulous!! Will be back when work brings me out here again!

French manicure with dip powder. Beautiful! Thanks, Yong!

We pulled in on Saturday 615 1.5 hrs before they closed. And asked if we could get a pedicure. The women yelled NO. Very rude

They scheduled me with one person then when I got there gave me a young girl by a completely different name and I told them when I called that I didn't want a stylist that was FRESH out of beauty school. I gave her a picture and told her EXACTLY what I wanted. She BUTCHERED my hair & I will NEVER go back. It wasn't worth it. The girl kept looking confused, she didn't know how to texturize & she had no idea what she was doing. Her name was Rez (however you spell it) and that's who I told them I didn't want. They knew she wasn't experienced enough for what I asked and the manager knew it but she went against my wishes COMPLETELY. I hated my hair and I actually showed her how to tezturize my hair. She didn't know how to use the texturizing shears. I did tip her bc I know she was scared and probably 2nd guessing herself but they shouldn't be giving clients to people who have no idea what they're doing. My looks are important to me and I haven't left the house in days. I feel like an idiot. Horrible experience and felt judged the whole time. Super snooty & boogie. I will not recommend them to ANYONE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I called early morning to schedule an…read moreappointment for 4 pedicures at noon. I spoke with the store owner who said he could accommodate. We arrived on time for the appointment and was sat a few minutes later. There was 2 other women in front of us with every worker busy but instead of letting us know that they over booked themselves and we needed to come back at a layer time they sat us up for our pedicures. The water was luke warm to start, we sat for an hour before a worker was free to start our pedicures. During our wait one of the jacuzzi foot tubs quit working, the staff member stopped the pedicure he was working on, put his hands in the water with the same gloves he was working on the other customer with, fixed the foot tub and then went back to working without changing gloves. Our group sat patiently waiting, and when I asked the staff member to drain the water and refill because all of our water was cold, he grabbed a bucket from a corner of the store, sitting in the floor and started scooping out the water and putting it in a nearby sink that was being used for other customers to was their hands. When I asked them to pull the plug and drain the water completely and start over the store manager acted like it was a problem. I could see if we had walked -in and asked for pedicures but the point of scheduling an appointment is so we didn't have to wait a significant amount of time. Also if the store owner would have asked us to come back at a later time, we 100% would have. Horrible customer service, not clean. I would not recommend to anyone.

Three times I went in there to get a pedicure and every single time my pedicure was not fulfilled for what I was paying for as far as the treatment that comes with getting a petty I don't need to go into detail if you know, you know. Then the last time I went to get a pedicure, I couldn't even sit there and relax because the worker brought over the nail kit to start doing my nails filing them mind you it was burning while she was trying to do my nails while I'm trying to relax and get a pedicure because that's my alone time. At this point, I'm being rushed, because you're trying to do my nails also why I'm getting a pedicure and I think that's very tasteless. Not to mention the fact that when I did get those pedis, I did not get hot towels one day I didn't get oil put on after that. These are just essentials and things that come with getting a pedicure when you purchase a deluxe. Then today I woke up feeling great and pretty to my knowledge and she continued to ask me if I was tired three times and if I was OK??? I exclaimed, each time that I was OK and that I actually felt great and before discussing the price that I had to pay because my nails did not get done I had to stop her because she wasn't doing what I asked she doesn't want to listen when you ask for what you're telling them what you want.. I begin to tell her that it's rude and polite to ask women if they're tired because it's a form of telling them they look like shit .
