She was easy to talk to and truly listened to me. Together, we came up with a plan for my hair. I valued her input as she explained each step of her process. Sometimes, hairdressers can be jarringly rough with shampooing but Ava made sure the water temp was comfortable and massaged my head with just the right amount of pressure. The hot towel treatment after was heavenly.
