Highway robbery I paid $70 for a gel fill in with normal polish and since they charged so much i expected it to last however within 4 days I had my nails chipping on both hands. I did not have time to go get it fixed hence why i was okay with paying so much bc i thought it would cast. Ive come to realize they rob people and charge an astronomical amount for basic work. Prior to my salon appointment, I called for pricing. I indicated I preferred my nails medium-long. I was apprised the price was $60; however, upon sitting down, the owner decided $80 without polish. I did not get my nails done; also, I was upset. (BTW, my nails are in very good condition, no breaks...nada.) I then had my toenails done; however, I was a bit surprised that the toe-nail polish was an extra $10 on top of the pedicure. No other salon that I know of charges an extra $10 for the polish. While my toe's were being painted, I put color on top of my fingernails. The owner quickly chastised me. She actually was going to generate a scene. Upon finishing, I tipped the pedicure technician. All in all, this was a big disappoint b'c I wanted my nails done for Thanksgiving. Had I been cognizant of the aforementioned, I would have booked elsewhere. (I only book at this place as all of errands were in nearby proximity.). Never will I give my business to this nail facility again!!! My friend with me, had her nails done.....feels like wise!! Just walked out from a pedicure. It's really nice to be able to go some place and have someone polish your nails for you as supposedly they're supposed to do a better job than you can do yourself. Most of the professionals who work in these nail salons are not that great at polishing and unfortunately I walked out with polish missing from parts of my nails :( I also noticed after I left that my one toenail is quite a bit shorter than the one on my other foot. And when you're talking about the big toe, they really should be the same length! In addition, they should all be shaped the same and straight. Ugh. Good place for a "fast service", i got there and in 20 mins I was out with my manicure done. The nails looked good, average... My problem is the costumer service, the girl who did my nails didnt even look in my face, and I made some comments that were totally ignored by her. It just made me feel really uncomfortable. Don't waste your time or hard earned money going to this nail salon. The service here is terrible. My sister who is hard of hearing, went here to get a manicure & pedicure. My sister asked them to speak up multiple times politely, because she can't hear and the staff started talking about her loudly and treating her rudely. They had to redo her nails 3 times because they never fully let them dry or sprayed them with alcohol. Not to mention they made her pay in the middle of getting her nails polished, and made her dig $40 out of her bag right there. I honestly don't even know what hit me. A bus, maybe? I went in for a mani/pedi - I made an appointment for 6 and asked if it was ok, knowing they closed at 7. No problem! My pedicure was done so quickly that my "massage" was a rubbing on each leg for maybe 15 seconds each...with no foot rub (meanwhile, there's an ad online that states "5 minute foot massage with pedi). Gorgeous new salon in Sparta. They're currently running a few really good specials. Each nail desk is equipped with a vacuum ventilation system which sucks down any particles of product that come from the filing--- not that this has ever prevented us women from stepping into a salon for mani-pedi's-- BUT I have to admit, it's certainly a nice 'added bonus'. Staff is friendly. They give a neck and upper back massage after your nail service. It's great, but strong. So make sure if you know that you don't enjoy 'strong massages', let them know before they begin so that you won't feel awkward later if they are going too hard for your liking . read more

Went for a pedicure and the woman was super sweet and it was relaxing. The chair massages you while you are pampered with a foot rub, warm rock and hot towel....after which comes the drying and back massage. Well worth the money and I highly recommend this place. I will be back for sure. read more

The pedicure was great and I loved the time they put into it. The problem here was the nails I had asked for a French manicure acrylic fill, the lines were lumpy and the whole nail just looked lumpy. She put a nude color as a base and it was basically orange. Then when she applied a top coat the white was not fully dry so she smeared the colors and told me I did that. She even cut me and told me I already had that cut when I came in. read more

My best friend and I accidentally found this place during their grand opening and have not gone anywhere else since. It is our favorite nail salon and we go at least once a month for manis and pedis. My gel manicures easily last two weeks and their variety of spa pedicures are amazing. I've also gotten waxed and massaged there and have never had a bad experience. Not a bad option, but not the best in Sparta. Firstly, the painting is a bit sloppy - lots of streaks and missed spots on my nails. Secondly, they charge an extra $5 for nail polishes like Vinylux and OPI (which aren't even gels) in addition to gels, which feels like a rip-off. Thirdly, it's one of those nail salons where you know the employees are trash talking patrons as they're serving them. They talked low enough that I couldn't understand the words (even though I do speak Spanish), but their gestures and snickers were telling. On the bright side, the salon has lots of space and is great for walk-ins. The atmosphere is also great. If you're looking for a high quality paint job and a friendly environment, this might not be the place. But if you need a quick and decent job, go for it! read more

First of, I went there around 5:39 ish, They were a bit busy and didn't acknowledge me for like 3 minutes, which was kind of annoying as I awkwardly waited there. Secondly, if you're going her to get your acrylic nails removed, don't do it here! Never, ever, ever, again. The lady was so aggressive using her filling nail machine thing against my nails. So much so that it burned and hurt like hell, she... mid doing it, explains that it's "supposed to burn because the acrylic nail is connected to my real ones." Well, I call bullshit because I've had my acrylic nails removed before (at a different place and it didn't hurt at all). t this place though, it hurt so bad, that I tried to pull my had away from her and was wincing in terrible pain, she just laughed as if my reaction was "funny".. I almost cried during that pain because this burning was more of a searing pain. I was craving a little bit of pampering last week so I decided to give this place a go because I'm new to the area. I walked in early afternoon and there was a slight wait. Not a big deal because I didn't have an appointment. I sat down, read, and waited patiently. When it was my turn for a pedicure, the water was way too hot(like a few degrees below scalding), and the technician I did have was pulled away from another client she was working with to do my pedi. Because she was trying to finish me up quickly the pedi was way below sub-par. She was rough, and barely massaged my legs and feet which have been aching. I despise getting my gel manicure while I am getting my pedicure!! This is the reason I left the first salon I was going to. If I am paying for a pedicure, then let me have my pedicure! The technician who worked on me was extremely cautious yet comforting. She was probably one of the sweetest people/technicians in all of my years of getting my hair/nails done that I've ever had! The other staff members were also friendly, all smiles, as well. Overall, the place is very clean and relaxing. I went with the milk pedicure soak special and my feet have never felt so soft and my toes look pretty as well! Also, the prices are very affordable. I have been coming here for years. When they first opened they were excellent. Then after a year employees started to change and the change was horrible. Unqualified technicians as far as I'm concerned and not friendly. But after awile friends had said things seemed to be going well there again, so I gave it a shot. That was 2 years ago. First visit back a man named James did my nails. I was pleasantly surprised, he did my nails perfectly and any designs I wanted. I never damaged a nail the entire time he did my nails. Suddenly he was gone. I was disappointed and asked Nicki if she could do my nails. She did them just as good as James. I never left unhappy. Now I call for appointment and Nicki has left abruptly. However the owner will not even look at customers or even smile or say hello. None of the other technicians are able to do my nails because of the unique designs I get I was told to come back 2 times when Nicki was off because they couldn't do it. The owner is the problem and nasty to her employees. I will not support this business anymore. read more
