Do not come here unless you're okay with receiving something completely different from what you asked for. I came in with a specific nail design and asked upfront if it could be done. I was told yes, and that it would cost $98. Had they told me it wasn't possible, I would've been more than happy to choose a different design. Or if they had actually delivered what I asked for, I wouldn't have minded the price. Instead, what I received looked nothing like my reference photo, and I had to ask them to change the design on nearly every single nail because of the lack of skill. I just wanted to leave with somewhat presentable nails. For what I ended up with, I was still charged $98 and it felt completely unreasonable. I'm open to feedback if others feel differently, but in my opinion, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Will definitely not be coming back. read more

See I love love ALEX he's slayed set after set but, this lady started off horrible didn't get the understanding of what I wanted she made it her way she made them to short . I didn't want any length taken off she tried to charge me 70$ I said take them off now. The manager said ohhh she took the time then said 35$ I wouldn't pay it a nice gentleman did . I had to be at an appointment so I couldn't have them fix it even if they could've as you can see they were horribly done I'm so dissatisfied. read more

New people everyone I go in. I get charged something different each time I go in and i get the same thing done each time. Quality has just been off the past few times, nails aren't painted fully nor are they glossy for them the top coat being fully applied. My sister had to get 2 nails replaced w/ a fill and only charged $5 more than me. All I needed was an overlay. Miss the old workers. Also, both of us had our cuticles cut serval times and bled. read more

If I could leave no stars I would! Very unsanitary in there, and they don't do standard protocol for nails. Ghetto and rude service. I would never recommend anyone who loves their nails to go there. I am calling OSHA tomorrow. You never know who you are servicing and this time they caught someone who not only went to school for nails but as well as family members in the business. Again very un clean, unprofessional and rude! Pay attention to what they use on your nails and the health of their hands. It was weed on the floor, can't make this up. The day we decided to go get our nails done.. Every place on Gratiot (that we knew of) was closed. So we happened to find this. There was 2 ladies 1 man and young man. We said we wanted an manicure they said ok come on. No one their (I know why). The guy was doing my nails filing them. And lady asked if I wanted gloves I said sure.. I have no idea... So they put the gloves on he finish filing and pushes cuticles back and then had this metal tool rubs it over my nail and drop the gloves in said wash my hand and I'm all done. Wow no nail polishes.. I SWEAR ON EVERYTHING I LOVE... DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. First they wanted to drill off acrylic on my damaged nails. (They were not damaged here) This was my first time here hoping they could help with what damage was done from another salon. I told her they needed to be soaked off then drilled a little then soaked off then drilled a little... until we got down to the nail bed. (I went to nail school and technically it's not good to use drills AT ALL, but in my case, because the natural nail was paper thin and flimsy, that's what I asked for and imo all that will work at this point.) I have been getting my nails done for almost 25 years, and NEVER have I seen a place as dirty, unprofessional, and uneducated as this one. Another lady was having an issue with her shaving her feet during her pedicure. She told her not to because she's diabetic but she did anyway, and cut her and made her bleed. Then she put me under a nail dryer that has regular lightbulbs in them. (Yes regular household lightbulbs I know the difference!) As I'm sitting in the dryer with only one tiny fan, I'm looking around bored waiting for them to dry so I can get the he// outta there, and I notice nail clippings and skin and all sorts of nasty crap ALL OVER the carpet. You can tell it looks like it hasn't been vacuumed once in months. So as I inspect my nails to make sure they're not tacky, I see bubbles all in the paint and paint on my skin!! I ask her can she please remove the paint on my skin and I show her the bubbles... she hands me a cup of acetone and paint brush!! She wanted ME to do it!! I told her I did not just pay you for a manicure to remove the paint YOU PAINTED ON MY SKIN!!!!! (And NO OFFER TO REPAINT MY NAILS, since there are bubbles because of their paint.) I put my shoes on and will never return. They need to be shut down. I've never gotten charges reversed on anyone, so this will be a first. read more

2nd time going for pedicure. I sent back because the first time, was incredible. this guy that did my nails had an attitude, and did a poor job. first time I had to ever yell ouch. I'm the type to tip, and I almost didn't. I tipped him 5.00, when I handed him the charge receipt, no thank you or anything, he just took it and walked away. on top of it all, he did a horrible job. go there with caution. I don't think I will ever go back, there are too many nail salons to go to one that offers poor service and does a mediocre job. read more

Took my daughter and God daughter here to get our nails done. I wasn't happy with my poorly polished pedicure but planned to repolish one I got home. They managed to ruin each of our full sets. Mine (nude) were messy, not filed properly, asked for a curved apex, no shine. I'm about to fix them. My daughter's (white) aren't filed right either, the tech used tips that were too small so she filed her nails too much to try to match them and now her nails are sore. The worst of all is the wack join the man did on my God daughter's (brown white), she requested ombré which this is not, a woman tried to fix and proceeded to put glitter on top I said so that's not a solve. Then she started cutting them quickly saying I'll fix I said stop! I said I wasn't paying I'd take her elsewhere and I think she was just being pretty e trying to ruin them more. I am beyond livid. I will NEVER allow them to touch me or my girls again. If you go here watch them closely and make them listen to you. They will do what they want and ignore you if you aren't forceful. read more

I gave this place a try for the first time and I'm very disappointed...Don't waste your money!!!. Kim, who is the manager did my nails and four of them popped off by the 5th day. She also did my daughter's nails and they were so thin, one of them broke 2 days later. I ended up taking the rest of my nails off (which was so easy btw) and will never be returning to this nail shop again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been to this place three times and while the other times were good, when I went yesterday I LOVED IT! Jenny helped me out and was so sweet, kind, funny, and helpful. Even when I started to leave the place I smudged the paint on my big toe. She fixed it so kindly without grumbling at my klutziness! This place is so good and the prices arent bad at all! read more

Bad experience! This salon was initially "She's Nail'in It" and they apparently sold the salon and it is now under new management. The prices have increased and the quality has declined! I went for a mani pedi and the polish peeled off all ten nails within a few hours. Returned the following day and they would not apply the full value of what I paid towards a gel mani. I will not be returning. They were not even apologetic. read more
