We paid for them to install a new pump. After awhile we noticed poor waterfall flow and the pond looked very dirty. We cleaned the pump of debris every day and still had problems. I reached out to Bobby who told me to contact him at any time with concerns. He even corresponded via text. After numerous texts went unanswered he finally sent me a text and told me to clean the pump myself and sent me a video link. I told him my concern was with low waterfall flow. He finally sent someone who said he was there to clean pond but didn't know anything about looking at waterfall. So I contacted Bobby who then told me that he couldn't make a new pond. I told him i didn't want a new pond but only wanted them to see why waterfall was barely flowing. He told me I had asked for a new pond. My texts clearly indicated I only wanted them to check waterfall. He finally agreed to put a new pump in which would increase water outflow. And it did. And it cost us close to $560 for them to clean and install new pump, including cost of pump. Since he got everything working i decided to see if he would be interested in building us a second pond--a koi pond. He texted he was interested and he would prepare an estimate for us. After a month I reached out to see where the estimate was. And I haven't heard from him since then. That was in September. I sent him a text a couple of days ago to ask why we haven't heard from him and to let him know our new pump wasn't working. I discovered a rip in the hose line. I asked him to please come and repair it since I have 7 goldfish and didn't want them to die since pump was completely not working. I also sent an email to the office manager. I didn't hear back from either. So I highly recommend finding a different company for your pond needs. They did a great sales job to gain business at first. But follow through and communication is nonexistent. I also asked them to refund the $280 cost of pump since It didn't even last 2 months. Of course I will never see that.
