The food was absolutely terrible. Our steaks tasted like temu jack links beef jerky, our fish was dripping with oil, and our chicken made children throw up. The service was so terrible I wasn't sure if we were going to get our drinks ordered. It took around 30 minutes to get our drinker ordered and another hour to get food to our table. The only way to describe the so called service is "horrific". I wouldn't let my dog eat that food. The atmosphere can only be described as hostile. I'm pretty sure McDonald's topped this red lobster. This place is ridiculous.. server COULD not do anything! We waited for our drinks ONLY for them to be wrong and no ice .. extra ice came after continuous reminding him! My shrimp scampi was nothing but noodles soaked .. Other food was ok.. I was sick the rest of the night ! Our friends were with us.. our bills came and we both paid cash.. our friend paid with 100 bill .. his bill cash back was supposed to be 63.00 and he gave him back 36.00 and then questioned WHY we questioned it.. this boy needs to be fired ! I know he was trying to short them ... was only taken off $5 off bill for a potato we did not order. I ordered a meal to go, taking advantage of Crab fest. I got the surf and turf. Steak ala Oscar was delicious, hot, fresh, perfectly cooked with the perfect balance of topping. The asparagus was almost perfect, a tiny bit overcooked and stringy. Crab topped mashed potatoes are my new favorite comfort food! They nailed it. My wife and I went for a late dinner the other night. The place was mostly empty. No surprise it was 8 pm or so. Our waiter was very friendly but hardly present. I do understand that he was probably trying to get the place cleaned up so he wasn't there all night after closing. But when you have a table, do a drive by every once in a while just in case they need something. The food is where it was really disappointing. I got a burger and bacon macaroni. The meat was dry and rubbery. If it wasn't a frozen premade patty I'd be surprised. The flavor was not bad but very unimpressive. The bacon macaroni was not good. The bacon tasted bad and the parmesan cheese was very overpowering. It tasted like bacon feet. My wife got the parmesan crusted chicken. It was not bad. Very unimpressive. I am very easy to please, and won't complain as long as it's mostly edible. The part that makes this unacceptable is the price. I had $18 in a burger that wasn't as good as a Burger King burger. We had a $50 bill on a dinner that was down right awful. That's usually what we'll pay at places like longhorn, or Texas Roadhouse, and have never had a complaint with them. Tge quality matches the price. The few occasions where we can go out for a special dinner it's upsetting to spend that kind of money and get the quality of a low end lunch special. read more

Went for lunch today 12/27/25 . I wanted some fried shrimp. There was hardly anyone else in there. Our waiter carried us to a table in the back, and set us down beside a floor full of spilled drink and ice everywhere. Asked us what we wanted to drink before even sitting down. Silverware was filthy. There's four of us and a three year old. Our waiter had no one else to wait on until another couple came in. Got drinks and we waited. Finally my Ceasers salad came out that was over four dollars extra , l had two bites and my shrimp came out that was not good. My two children and I didn't even eat all of the shrimp, not good. Baked potato was. Manager came over and talked but by that time I was not interested in what she had to say. I have tried and tried to eat at red lobster but I'm tired of trying. It felt less like a restaurant and more like a social experiment on how long it takes before someone completely loses their sht. We waited forever just to get someone's attention. Our server finally crawled out of whatever black hole they were hiding in, looking like they were on the verge of quitting life entirely. They forgot everything--drinks, napkins, utensils, you name it. We had to remind them more than once like we were talking to a goldfish with a head injury. I've seen more attentive service from a drunk raccoon. The food? F***ing disgraceful. I wouldn't feed that rubbery-ass shrimp to a stray cat. It tasted like it had been boiled in dishwater and slapped on a plate with zero care. And the "famous" biscuits? Sure, we got a basket. Asked for more and then--poof--server vanished like a fart in the wind. Never saw them again. This place is a godd*mn joke. The whole vibe screamed "we gave up a long time ago," from the clueless staff to the soggy, sad excuse for food. I left angry, still hungry, and with a deep hatred for whatever corporate clown show is running this place into the ground. Do yourself a favor: set your money on fire instead. The only reason I am giving a 3 is because the host and waiter were extremely nice. Our meal, not so much. I ordered Mahi and it was terrible. The meat tough, zero flavor and questionable freshness. Tummy is not so good the next day. One of my family members had a Caesar Salad. All of the lettuce was brown. She picked out a lot of it. For the cost, we should have just gone to the Wharf. Wouldn't have been much more. However, it was 8 p.m. and we were too hungry to chance leaving. My son had Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. Red Lobster finally hit a home run, and this was after 3 previous strikes over the last few years. I've never had goo service at this location, and that's why I don't come here more often. After less than pleasurable experience including a recent walk out after waiting on the bartender over 30 minutes for water or my drink on a day with less than a dozen patrons restaurant wide. Lily is amazing, and will definitely be our go to girl if she's there. Y'all did great hiring her. She is personable, attentive and on the ball. Please clone her. To her manager, please get her a new name tag!!! She deserves it . Seriously though, you have a good person. We ate here mid afternoon for their endless soup, salad and of course biscuits. We had two servers who checked on us very regularly and made sure we received our food in a timely fashion. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. We also had the brownie for dessert and it was so delicious! It was quite refreshing to have the service and quality we had enjoyed in the past from Red Lobster but that was unfortunately lacking in the ones we've eaten at in our home state of Louisiana. I went there yesterday to have a nice seafood meal and was greatly disappointed. I moved to Arkansas from California one year ago, so this was the first time visiting Red Lobster in over a year. I had one of the feasts; bay scallops, clam strips, shrimp and white fish, all fried with Brussels and lobster mashed potatoes. My major complaint is that nothing on my seafood platter was fresh. All of the seafood and fish was the pre-battered, frozen product which can be purchased from any grocery store and fried at home. Also, the mashed potatoes were cold. The Brussels were delicious and the server was attentive and friendly. Service was slow, however, due to being "short-handed" as we were told. All things considered, I won't be returning to pay $20.99 for a meal that involved pulling a handful of pre-made product out of the freezer, dropping it in a fryer, then piling it on a plate. Other observations: My husband noted right away that the menu is one piece of paper printed on both sides. No sleeve or cover, just a piece of paper. Also, I noted that the restaurant was nearly empty which struck me as odd for a Sunday evening on a busy street. read more

Get out of here how is it legal that they're selling this! there about as addictive as what the Internet says crack is. I'll smash down a plate here like Shrek took down Fiona. If Pinocchio became a real boy and he was able to eat real food this would be one of the first stops. This Red Lobster deserves to be just above a 3 star at a 4 star for me. The service is always great here, but what really gets me is that they actually know how to cook a medium rare steak! The steak here is like the insider secret for a decent steak at a chain here in town. Sure, they do great lobster, shrimp, and have good combo plates, but it's the steak that really stands out for me here. There are better places for a steak in town, but you can't go wrong trying one here. I enjoy their food and service and will come back here many times, as it is close to me, and has consistent quality (I've been here probably four times already). read more

We went to Red Lobster for their Crabfest. It was excellent!!! We started with the Muscles cooked in a white wine and garlic sauce with tomatoes and peppers,crispy bread on the side. It was the first time I've ever eaten a muscle, it was delicious!!!! Then I had the big platter,crab legs, shrimp scampi,fried shrimp and squash. The food was EXCELLENT!!! Everything tasted fresh and it was all served hot. The server,Dalene, was one of the BEST we've ever had at Red Lobster. After eating here regularly for 25 years we have likely made our last trip. The service and food quality have hit rock bottom. We ordered 2 Admirals Feasts last night, the seafood was all visibly freezer burnt. We didn't even have to taste it, but we did, and wouldn't eat it. The waitress never acknowledged that we didn't eat our meals and arrogantly collected her money and walked away. Returned to this location. I had forgot that we had been there before so it was a fresh start. We had Amanda as a server and she was very good. That in itself is a big thumbs up because this place is busy and getting a vibrant server can either make or break the visit. The food was typical Red Lobster fare. Everything was cooked well and timing was very good. The only drawback and it really didn't bother us was they seated us in a high traffic booth. I love eating here. The service is always great even if we eat in the bar area. The food is always great and the servers are always nice. I don't think that there is anything negative to say about the location. I didn't give it five stars because the serving portions do not match the prices that are charged.
