Waitress was one that obviously loved her job. She smiled and was extremely friendly. Helpful in placing our order an understanding my food allergy. Cierra(sp) was just amazing, attentive, helped with good suggestions, concerned if we needed anything further. We are just a normal older couple, but she made us feel terrific like we mattered. The manager even checked in on us, a couple of times and was very friendly. We do not go out frequently, but this place was excellent food, outstanding service and atmosphere was very pleasant. We ordered fish and chips and white chocolate cheesecake and the fish was delicious. The coleslaw was too sweet and they didn't serve us a lot of fries or cheese buns. Only 4 small buns for 2 adults. The wait just to get lemon slices was long, I had to ask for them several times and the restaurant only had 4 couples eating. It was almost empty. Then the food took a very long time to arrive to the table and then dessert took very long so if you are in a rush then don't eat in the restaurant it would be better to order takeout. read more

The last time I went to red lobster I had terrible food and terrible service I got a steak and lobster dinner. I ordered the steak medium when I got it it was burnt around the edges and the inside was overcooked. I could not eat it there was nothing medium about it. It was like shoe leather, too tough to even chew because it was very thick and way I called management and they said they would take it off my bill in a couple couple days has gone by and I have not received credit to my account. I didn't think I would because it was $57. This is just a gimmick red lobster gives to you because they're not gonna give you $57. They're just hoping that you don't check back and they don't have to give you the money back. That's a terrible business practice and I paid $57 and I was only able to eat half of my food. They need to be checked on that practice very disappointed on their service and the quality of their food. Something needs to be done about this. It's disgusting food you can't even eat for $57. I threw it away because I actually believe she was going to credit me, but after the days went by I knew that I was naïve but believe me if I had a photo, I attach it. Although she's the host when she noticed our server Will had not came to the table yet, she took our drink order. 5 stars for Clarissa & Andy the manager for coming to greet us and asking was everything ok and if she could get anything for us. When Rachel noticed us looking around for Will she asked was it anything she could get for us and we said wow this is a nice place everyone helps each other out. However Rachel never came back to the table with what we requested and Will never came back with the check they did have a pleasant demeanor and good intentions too I suppose. If Will & Rachel had some follower through this would definitely be a 5 star review but, instead it's 3 ; ) oh and 5 stars for the cooks too D. effinglious. read more

You changed your coconut shrimp to popcorn shrimp with some sort of fake coconut flavor. Popcorn shrimp is horrible to start with. You had the best coconut shrimp in the industry and now I have no reason to return. Just going to head to a real seafood restaurant. read more

My husband and I ordered takeout because we just wanted to go home. He ordered tenders and fries, I ordered the Admirals Feast. When we arrived home, his dish was packed in a vented plastic dish, my meal was packaged in a aluminum dish with an non-vented top. The Admirals Feast is mainly deep fried food. Everything was soggy due to the dish not being able to vent. I called and spoke with the kitchen manager who sent a gift card. I ordered the Admirals Feast again for lunch about a week later, and specifically asked they not put it in the aluminum pan. When I received the bag, it was again in the aluminum pan non-vented. I removed the lid for the ride home, but the damage was already done. Such a shame for food that's as expensive as this! read more

I left a previous review which was outstanding. They took such great care of my party for my moms birthday. However, the one food item that they don't do well, and it's in their name, is lobster. It's glossy and rubbery. Which means that it's been in a microwave at some point. This should never happen, ever! Great lobster tail is not hard to prepare and they are missing it. Come on folks! My hubby and I were looking for a night out. As a general rule of thumb Red Lobster gets 3-4 stars in our book; so I was NOT anticipating anything spectacular. But ... I was looking for a good meal. We had a gift card, so this is where we ate for our date. Let me start by saying that the restaurant was virtually EMPTY on a FRIDAY night at 7pm ... this should have told us something. There were 8 cars in the parking lot and only 5 of about 50 tables had people in them. So ... that always leaves you suspicious.everything on the menu always looks good. Even the dinners come out looking great ... but tasting is another story. The cheddar biscuits were great as always. The salads were pretty good. My Caesar had enough dressing for 4 salads (I am NOT joking). The shrimp nachos were very good, so no complaints there. But dinner .... NOT acceptable. If my husband and I had not been so tired from such a long day, I would have DEMANDED to have our meals back. For a restaurant that wasn't busy, we waited 35 minutes on our meals. That would not have been a problem ... but our food was NOT hot. It was not cold, it was warm. I had the stuffed flounder. While the fish was good, again, it was WARM not hot and after 3 bites it was cold. My broccoli was completely cold. AND the stuffing inside my flounder was nasty, mushy, cold grossness - I didn't eat it. My husbands entire meals was cold, even his lobster tail and steak. We complained to the waiter and he said, "I'm sorry" and walked away. No offer to warm our food, get us HOT food, or anything. My fish meals at Perkins or Bob Evans are far better (and cheaper) than here. Bad. Simply. Stated. We will NOT be back to patron this restaurant EVER - gift card or not. Usually Red Lobster gets 3-4 stars from me. Not here. Not this restaurant. Not ever! Consider yourself warned and do NOT waste your money (or gift card) here. read more

My family and I traveled there last week for a quick meal. We were seated quickly and had a friendly waitress. They were busy, and I was actually concerned about the service and quality but it was great! I find the service to be excellent each time we go and we have a consistent meal each time. I have never been a fan of Red Lobster, but this 1 is amazing! When we moved to this area, we tried every other restaurant in this town & didn't want to return to any of them. Back home (Hermitage, PA) the food at Red Lobster is always served dry, overcooked and disappointing so, this was the last place I was willing to try. I was so surprised how fresh & delicious everything was! I couldn't wait to take my friends & family there when they r visiting. None of ud knew that Red Lobster could be great! We have run into people there that drove over an hour (past another Red Lobster) to dine here because it's so consistently delicious! There is actually very long waits on the weekends (despite what someone w an apparent grudge wrote) they have 'call ahead' but, even using that, we have had to wait nearly an hour... but, it's worth waiting for fantastic food & service! :) read more

The service is slow and sometimes unfriendly, the food is terrible and bland, and the drinks are over priced. I understand that corporate chain restaurants overcharge but it's ridiculous!
