do not take your dog here. jazzy screwed my dogs haircut…read more uneven used the clippers the whole time. after sending the pictures to the owner. he has never returned an email. john the owner who took over muddy paws has been deceitful from the beginning. in the old building it had a coffee shop and for the last 10 years has a sign saying its being remodeled. thats to bring in the customers. take a look at my dogs haircut. when i drove to the place i have always gone to. ashley said it was at the other place. i said what other place. she said we sent you a text, i said where is the other place she says 4 minutes away. i said okay where? she said we sent you a text. she was so rude. JOHN THE owner just called me. He said he looked at the pictures and didnt see anything really wrong. I have more pictures to show JOHN. I wanted my dog's hair on the one side to match the other side. JOHNS response was that he didnt want to do that. SO JOHN didnt want me to come back. So pictures DO NOT LIE JOHN. The lines on my dog should be straight and look at the front of her as well as the back. There is not One Straight line PERIOD. JOHN said my dog was old and kept sitting down. That's a lie my dog had a leash around her neck and hooked above the table that prevented from sitting down. I watched through the window. JAZZY NOT ONCE USED SCISSORS to have a straight line. The new location is called BNB DOG. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND BARK N BEAN OR BNB DOG EVER.
