The owner, Shannon, was very responsive at first. When I told her where I lived, she started backtracking and listing reasons why her employees wouldn't be able to reach my apartment. She then told me she couldn't even refer another sitting service. I've had cat sitters before. Interacting with Shannon was the strangest, most frustrating conversation I've ever had. She clearly did not want to take me or my cats on as a client for reasons unbeknownst to me. I was able to find a cat sitter through another service, thankfully. I cannot recommend C-Pup.

I worked with Family Tails for about five years and couldn't have been happier. I wish I could have brought them with me when I relocated. They provided weekday walks, overnights, occasional weekend walks, whatever I needed. If you're lucky enough to work with Wilson, I envy you. He became the second dad my dogs never had. You won't be surprised that my three guys eat different kibble, get different treats, and have daily meds. And they're no joy to manage on a walk in good weather - bad weather is as bad as you're imagining. Wilson handled all of this without a single complaint. In fact, people in my neighborhood would occasional comment on how great he was with my guys (and how much better they behaved for him than for me). I started off just needing a walk here or a walk there. Pretty soon, though, I was using them multiple times a week because they were so good. I bet you'll have a similar experience.

We made the right decision. The folks at Family Tails were amazing. When we got back we had notes of what happened on every visit and how the kitties were doing. Our cats were so happy and in good spirits, which is not at all how they usually are when we have gone out of town in the past. You can tell that they really care about these animals, and they get to know their personalities and likes and dislikes. I would love to use Family Tails for any of my future pet sitting needs, but unfortunately I moved across the country and they don't make house visits in Seattle. :( I can easily recommend them to anyone.

She always makes time to walk my dog, even for a last minute request. She is responsible and highly attentive, and checks in with me on a daily basis if I forget to ask for a walk. My dog can be anxious and sometimes destructive when I work long hours, but since Aaralyn started walking him daily he's relaxed and content when I get home. Her services are personalized, reliable, and affordable. Also, Aaralyn shows how much she cares for the dogs she walks by providing an outstanding and unmatched level of service. When my dog became very sick one day inside his kennel, she immediately cleaned him and his kennel, made him a clean dry bed, and then texted and emailed me to let me know what was going on. For the next three days, she went to check on him every two hours while I was at work, even if it was just to sit with him and comfort him. On top of that, one of her walkers took my dog to the vet and waited with me while he got checked out, then walked him back home so that I could go back to work. This walker even bought a bottle of water to bring with him to make sure that my sick dog would have something cool to drink on the walk to the vet and back. She did not charge a penny extra for any of this - only for the times he was walked. She's fantastic!

It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

After numerous attempts to remedy this, they decided (Customer Service Agent Becca) to cut me and my dogs loose. I contacted them to give them "NOTICE"; that I would be looking for another service. I am a senior citizen wtih Dystolic Heart Failure. What a way to treat a senior citizen.. Terrible service... And the owner, did nothing, even though on her web page she states "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will correct it right away and offer a money-back guarantee". But the dog and cat staff caretakers are excellent Sad, but I do no recommend this service providers. Like Share
