Had the best experience yesterday at the Spa at Red Hots. I was pleasantly surprised at the "away" feel of the day spa. Everything was clean, the lounge was relaxing and the sauna was great too. The ladies at reception were pleasant and helpful. My facial with Yolanda was 80 minutes of being in a relaxing happy place. She was sweet, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My massage was great too. My friend and I had such a great experience there that we already booked another visit for May! Can't wait to go back! read more

This was my second time at red hots spa. I Went during spa week for a spa week facial. I'm not really sure if it was because it was a spa week facial or if was the esthetician that I ended up with but it was the worst facial I have ever had. The esthetician talked through almost the 50 minute facial. Generally, I splurge on facials for my time to relax. I have had many facials before and normally while the mask sets in it is customary to have some sort of "pampering" done, instead of sitting for ten minutes while mask sets in with esthetician behind you chewing gum. I went with a friend who had an amazing facial that was not part of spa week. I really want to love it but I'm not sure I would ever come back here. ****Update: received call from spa. They have assured me this is not what normally occurs with their services and have invited me back. Will give them another try. read more

I was given a gift card for a massage but changed it to a facial. I finally went this weekend and I had the best 1 1/2 hours of my life. Anita was the esthetician who gave me the "Ageless" facial, and she had hands of an angel! She was so sweet and informative. Although I was given a GC to The Spa at Red Hots, I will definitely be going back. My entire experience here was amazing. I look forward to trying some other spa treatments. read more

I went here a few weeks ago with a friend to get eyelash perms, we drove over an hour to get there. My perm took significantly less time than my friends, resulting in no curl or lift to my lashes upon inspection when I left. My friends came out nice which is why I didn't give it 0-1 stars. When I called to speak to someone- I felt like they disregarded me once they knew I was a young student. They offered me a 15$ credit which was nice- but considering I live no where near the spa, nor would go again because of my bad service- didn't help much. Money to me is less the issue- for I would have rather walked away with the curled lashes as promised. read more

Pleasantly surprised. I found this place googling spas in the local area and decided to try it for facial and massage today. My experience was good. No complaints. The facial was relaxing and liked the fact that they did not dig at every little white head to scar/bruise my face. Heather was the person that did my signature massage and it was very good as well. I would definitely return. The facilities were pretty clean and the staff was hospitable. read more

LOVE this place! It is a great way to have birthday parties. I had a birthday party there and didn't want to leave. The spa treatments are also real nice, and the people who do the massages are very nice and do a fantastic job! Please go here! :) read more

Clean facility. Friendly and professional staff. High end products. Had an excellent experience there to celebrate our friends birthday. The team was very accommodating for a relaxing girls day out. The massage by Lisa was excellent. She really tailored the massage to your needs. It's also a huge plus that this facility allows you to bring food/ drinks for larger parties. Overall great experience! read more

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly and talented, and the facility is beautiful. My favorite spa hands down!

I am a huge fan of Red Hots Spa! From the warm and welcoming staff at the reception desk to the talented aestheticians who keep me looking my best, I would recommend this spot as a definite "must" visit! No place better on Long Island!! read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars bc some things were ok. But for the most part it was so not worth it. I purchased a spa package for me and my friend as a bday gift. I had been to this spa years ago had a fantastic facial with Tara who is no longer there so I just figured I'd enjoy today's service too. Boy was I wrong. My massage was decent. Not the best not the worst. But the most disappointing was the facial, manicure and pedicure. If your paying top dollar for these services they should also include a massage. I've had many facials in the past. This one was not as enjoyable. She basically applied creams, steamed me, did some extractions, gave me a mask and over. While the mask is on you should massage the persons shoulders or hands or something. Same with the manicure and pedicure. No massage at all. So not worth it. Will not be going there again. read more

I have been coming to red hots for facials and could not be happier with the results. Elaine is phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I had two wonderful massages at this spa. Heather was amazing. She gives a great deep tissue massage. She focused on my problem areas and her level of pressure was spot on. She was quiet throughout (I can't stand a talkative masseuse), and encouraged me to let her know if anything needed adjustment. The spa is small, with a lovely sitting area with 4 lounge chairs. The changing area is well stocked with 2 restrooms and you can shower afterwards. They also have a sauna and it is clean and professional. They sell candles, costume jewelry, and other lovely gifts. I highly recommend it. I also heard from friends that Jaimee was great too. read more

Love love love everything and everyone who works there.. I live 30 minutes away and would NOT go anywhere else for my airbrush Tan, which is superior in quality as well as application. I have also had amazing massages, by 2 different therapists, but my new favorite MUST HAVE is Cool Lifting!!! I am hooked and happy!!! read more

I have never had a worse spray tan than I did at Red Hots spa in Roslyn NY. I specifically asked for a LIGHT tan and either their solutions are not up to par, or they just don't listen. I did the rapid treatment and was told to shower 2.5-3 hours post tan. I washed after 2hours and 15 minutes because I looked orange.. it took it off, BUT when I woke up the next day I very uneven, way to dark/orange and very unhappy. You are crazy to goto this place! Had a wonderful experience here today. Everyone is super sweet and my facial and massage were amazing

This is an elegant yet warm and friendly spa in a lovely, quaint area of Roslyn, Long Island, a 25-minute drive from my residence in Queens. On a Friday afternoon at 1:30pm, I easily found a spot in the shopping center parking lot in this peaceful, upscale shopping center, the Harbourview shops. Given a spa gift card which I could have used at any of a large number of participating merchants, I chose Red Hots Spa, because of the variety of services/options within the spa to choose, as well as a very positive past experience with this establishment. I was interested especially in intensifying my tan to prepare for my vacation next week, and Red Hots was one of the few program participants with a tanning bed. In addition to an entire upper floor where services like facials, massages, manicures/pedicures and more are done, there is a small boutique downstairs, where clothing, lingerie, lotions, cosmetics, and other items are sold. I did one tanning session today. The room and bed were as comfortable and meticulously clean as I remembered, and with the appropriate amenities provided of wipes, body lotion, and spray deodorant. I decided to return next week for another tanning session and a manicure closer to my vacation departure time. My positive past experience was a spa birthday party which I coordinated and held at this facility after considering a few other local spas. There were six of us, and we each got the services of our individual choice--such as massages, facials, manicures/pedicures in addition to tanning. The event was very special, everyone loved all their services, and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. They even gave us CDs of an awesome collection of songs! I look forward to returning next week and highly recommend Red Hots Spa for individual as well as group spa functions. read more

I don't really want to share this review of my secret gem in Roslyn, but when you deserve it, you deserve it. I go to Red Hots and I'm suddenly on vacation. It's so serene and beautiful there that I can finally relax and enjoy the pampering. The people are by far the best! Thanks Elaine for always going the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. read more

Went there today for a couples massage. I was glad they could accommodate us, but I wish I had not gone. Overall the place was a bit run down, the robes were dirty, the shower did not drain well, my husband had bugs in the men's locker, the towels were ratty, and overall service was sub par. The location is nice, but when you enter it seems like they are trying to sell products and not focus on the spa. The locker was just an extended bathroom that was not comforting at all. The women's locker didn't have the basics like a hair drier, lotion, or hair ties. They had mouthwash, but with no little cups, who knew who drank out of it. It was clean, however the overall space looked dingy as the years had been tough on it. The spa has a sauna, which is awkwardly placed right next to the entrance door with a glass door. My husband and I used it, but were not able to fully relax due to placement. The wait area was clean, and has basic is water and tea. They were trying to promote some Collegan product and even had sample which was odd The massage, now that should have gone well. The room had some large windows which let in Amit of light so it was hardly a place to relax. The music was very loud and the bed lines did not look like they had been replaced recently. we also were placed in the room on time, but started twenty minutes late!! One of our therapist ran in late, didn't even talk to me about what I wanted and immediately just slapped on some cold lotion on my back and started. I was so offended!! I tried to relax, but the two were talking to each other and my therapist was obviously sick. She should have not been working today!! To make matters worse my husband felt his therapist didn't really focus on the areas he had asked for. Overall, not a good experience, I would not recommend this place, and we will not be going back. read more

Follow up review. Only because we were forced to write a good review the first time so we can get a discount. Keep in mind we came here about gen times already Won't come back here. Upgraded to a longer massage and the masseuse both got tired. Even better the African American girl was having a full blown conversation with my husband about an exercise she recommends right in front of me. Long overdue post. This was a few months ago. Save your money go elsewhere where they're trained to be professional. read more

I have been getting massages my entire life and never had an experience like this. I highly recommend them and will never go anywhere else!!

Love this place! The staff is so friendly and you start to feel relaxed the minute you walk in! Its so tranquil and smells amazing. I'm addicted to their airbrushed tanning and their package deals are reasonable for anyone's price point. Plus my tan always looks so natural and not orange. I literally drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come to Red Hots! I highly recommend this spa. One day soon i will treat myself to a massage or facial too! read more

The spa is one of my favorite escapes! I've had excellent massages there, most recently by Larice, who was superb and have had facials there as well. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you are enjoying your time there. I have run spa parties for groups of women at Red Hots and they do a wonderful job coordinating everyone's treatments. There's a nice lounge area to relax in while you're waiting for your treatment to begin. Parking is very easy. I would highly recommend this spa! read more

Red Hots Spa - Love this boutique!!! Such a great space!! - Day Spas Near Me - Roslyn, New York

Thought I was going to like this, really hoped...but after my facial I received a shake down...suggested, to keep my skin looking great, I would need to come back in a month and also buy at least $250 worth of skin care products that they happen to sell. Also, was told my skin was horrible during the facial...good times! read more

I have been coming here for over a year and it gets better each time. Love the customizable aspects of the facials. Marina is FAB. It's a great warm and cozy place with a ton of products and fun gifts to pick up. read more

I went for the first time last week for the $50 spa week special for a facial, and i did not enjoy it. The place is nice after you leave the first floor. The first floor is cheesy, and not what i imagined a spa to be in Roslyn. There was overpriced costume jewelry everywhere. Very cluttered. The space is pretty large, and pretty clean, though the bathroom was not sparkling :) the robe was kind of old too. Anyway, the part that annoyed me off the bat was that my facial was in a very large room where there were pedicure stations--soo random---and not cozy at all. Clearly not a room for a facial, but they stuck me there. When I laid down, the high hat lighting was like a spotlight in my face and making me squint. I gave the esthetician a chance to adjust without me saying anything, but I decided to speak up since I knew it wasn't going to get done. She was able to dim the lights thank god! But she used her hands (with the gloves she was wearing after working on my face) to adjust--that's gross. It was reallllly gross that she was applying product to my face with these latex gloves-ugh!!! I'm still grossed out by this. Do you know what that feels like? Everything i told this to never experienced a facial with gloves. The smell and feel of the gloves getting stuck on my face ruined everything. I want to feel the products on my face, not the gloves. Imagine your chest and arms being messaged with cream and latex gloves! Ugh!!! I've never experienced a facial with gloves on. I'm so annoyed. Oh! And the $50 facial ended up being $100 because in order for her to do extractions, my skin required more treatment, so in order to proceed, an upgrade was necessary. Hah! I'm So pissed that I had to pay extra for a facial that I was already hating! The products smelled so cheap too--ugh, never again at this place. Go to Estée Lauder or bliss spa for the full experience. It's worth the price. read more

very disappointed, went there for lash extensions, I told the girl I wanted my lashes to long long, as I was going on vacation and didn't want to wear makeup. She never bothered to show me what they looked like as she was putting them on. 1 hour later I stood up to look in the mirror and was shocked to see my eyes looked as if I had slept with mascara on, actually my lashes look much longer with mascara, the lashes are the exact same length as my lashes. she could have dyed my own lashes black and they would have looked the same, when I mentioned it she said my eyelashes were short, so she didn't want to put long lashes on. HELLO isn't that why you go for extensions, because your lashes are short and want them to look longer.. UGGGHH disgusted and this whole fiasco cost me $175.00 plus a $30 tip. Just saying go somewhere else where it will be done properly... read more

I made an appointment to get my eyebrows tinted. When I called and made the appointment I was told that the tint included tweezing, and shaping. When I got there, I was told that the $30 tint did not include shaping/tweezing. I just wanted it done at that point. Waxing was an additional $30! I paid $72 including tip for an eyebrow tint that didn't even last a week. I will NEVER go back to this place, talk about a rip off!!! I will gladly pay $8 bucks to thread my eyebrows from now on. read more

I took my daughter and 5 of her friends to the Red Hot Spa to celebrate her 13th Birthday! They offered a special package called SPARTY, which is exactly what I was looking for! The receptionist, Josephine was very accommodating and set up all the appointments for massages, facials and pedicures for all the girls, as well as a private lounge to relax and eat in! The entire staff is very friendly, courteous and professional!! Everyone enjoyed all of the services! I had a wonderful facial and massage done by Jaime! The place is so chic, comfortable and very clean!! I can't wait to go back and have a spa day with my girlfriends!! A special thanks to Elaine and Heather for making our day extra special!! Went in for a spa week. Booked for 3 people all massages. We went in really late (30mins) due to traffic (coming from NJ) called several times in advance but since they have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, we were unable to reschedule. Massage was great and they accommodated us which was wonderful but felt like a waste of $150 + tip getting the massage for only 20 mins and not being able to reschedule for a full massage. read more

I was given a gift of a massage at Red Hots so I went there not knowing exactly what to expect. I didn't ask for a particular masseuse and was given Nehemie who was excellent. I've had many massages and have never had a better one. Nehemie was knowledgeable, personable, and was totally in tune to me and my needs and gave me a great massage. The entire experience was a positive one from the minute I was welcomed in the reception area, shown the dressing room and given a fluffy robe and slippers to change into, led into the waiting area where I relaxed on a white chaise with a glass of lemon water and finally led into the massage room . I have been to more elaborate spas that I have traveled hours to get to, but Red Hots is conveniently located in the town of Roslyn. I will send my husband there next! read more
