First time to use. Request heavy starch. When i picked up my clothes. They are not starched only cleaned. So I pay full price and they are going to redo them. When i show up to get them redone. They still are not starched. And they are now telling me my clothes won't hold the starch. Which is crazy because I have had no problems having this service done in the past at other dry cleaners. I will never use this place ever again. read more

This is the most expensive I paid for dry cleaning ever. Can't believe how expensive it is. Unfortunately I was really excited about it being in Saratoga, but now I'll just stop at the one in Draper like I used to. The really frustrating thing is there no prices posted anywhere. It's seriously like seven or eight dollars for one dress shirt. read more

Red Hanger Cleaners - Costs - Laundry Services Near Me - Riverton, Utah

NEVER GO HERE. I would have preferred the option of giving a ZERO star review. I have been going to different dry cleaners in a variety of cities and states during my, almost two decade, professional career and I have never been treated like this. They damaged my pants and took ONE MONTH to even give me a call back. On the call the woman, Lori King, told me they could not say clearly that it was there fault and thus would only offer me store credit. I asked if that means she thought it was my fault and she said no. So then I asked if it wasn't me and it wasn't you then who should bare the blame? She had no answer. She just said their policy is if they cannot clearly say they were at fault they do not pay claims. NEVER TAKE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE. I have never had an issue with any dry cleaner ever. I always find that dry cleaners are fair and also have NEVER had one damage my clothing to begin with. This place is a chop shop that will destroy your clothes and then make you bare the cost. There are mom and pop dry cleaners who will take care of your clothing because they need your business. Clearly Red Hanger has lost that understanding and why customer service is important. read more

If you don't mind the prospect of the owner or her family trying on your clothes for a weekend, give it a shot. I'm sure she'd appreciate a larger closet. The coupons they offered were bogus; I ended up paying full price even after showing the barcode to the clerk. I should have learned my lesson about this place when they nearly lost a pair of my golf shorts . Even after they finally got my shirt back to me, I had the privilege of paying full price-- without even so much as an apology for the four day delay. read more

There pricing must be different from what is says on Yelp cause it was 10.46 for one dry clean and press of a long sleeve shirt.

I had been doing fold and go with Tide for about 6 months. When I saw that Red Hanger had a monthly subscription that would save me some money I decided to switch over. This was a mistake. I have had so many issues with billing. First they kept billing me the weekly cost instead of monthly. Over the 4 or so months I used them the quality was terrible. Sometimes all the clothes were folded sometimes the small things weren't. They also shrunk my clothes. There were times they never picked up and I had to call. Also, I got someone else's clothing one time and not mine! I finally called and told them I wanted to stop my monthly subscription. Corporate assured me of the last day that I could use the service and not be charged again. I even asked if that was the last day I could get pick up and then not be charged at drop off. Low and behold they cancelled my monthly subscription and charged me again the weekly price for my last one. I've called 4 times and promised a call back from corporate and never received one and never got my card credited back. Extremely unprofessional and not what they told me. If you are thinking about leaving Tide, save yourself the hassle and don't do it. Night and Day experience. read more

I've been bringing my uniform here for months. I love the quick turnaround, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

This is without a doubt the worst dry cleaners I have ever gone to. The first visit they completely messed up a 25% off coupon because the employee didn't understand how to apply it. After talking to the manager it was fixed and I received a credit. When I went back to use the credit it was for much less than I was told. Then I asked for a ripped pocket to be sewn and they forgot and told me I needed to wait a week to get it back. Additionally I was scheduled to pick up 5 dress shirts by 5:00 and they were not even in the store because they press them elsewhere. The employees do not seem to understand the most basic questions or how to use the cash register. I'm done. read more

Most awesome. Needed a button replaced on my shorts. Sabrina took my shorts, found a button I liked and sewed it in place in less than 5 minutes. Charged me nothing nor would they accept any tip or payment. They went above and beyond for me and did it in a less than 5 min. Pretty freakin awesome. 10 stars if I could. Will most definitely be bringing my dry cleaning and repairs here from now on. read more

This specific location has always been great to our family. Never had a problem. The manager is super sweet and always remembers us!

Dreadful work... And very overpriced. I had to have two of my shirts cleaned elsewhere so that it could be done properly... And for half the price! read more

Very expensive. Most I have ever paid to have a suit cleaned. Will not be coming back.

We just moved to Utah and this was my first Red Hanger experience. They impressed me right off the bat when they fixed a problem I had with multiple creases left in some pants by a previous dry cleaner who had no idea how to press pants. They clean quickly and my clothes look great. I work for an airline, so my uniform has to be sharp - this location has done a great job of it! I'll be doing more business with them! read more

I was initially impressed with this place but after having clothes come back with washable stains and then asking three times for a collar button to be fixed, it never was but I was charged all three times for cleaning, I pointed it out to the attendant and explained what transpired and why they lost a customer. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them a quarter star. I made it very clear I wanted my shirts folded not hung on a anger as I was traveling out of town. When I went to pick them up they were on a hanger. I explained I had made it clear I wanted them folded and the girl said it was to late to send them back and she didn't know how to fold them. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn't. read more

A little disappointing after three years of using this cleaner( a lot) that they won't honor a coupon that is a couple days old and going to have to look for someone new read more

First try with these guys and they washed a colored shirt with my new white shirts. The white shirts are all stained!! They did not even press the shirts well. The sleeves looked like I had bunched them in a ball. Apart from that, the prices were way too high. read more

I have been going here since they opened. Most of the people that were there at that time are no longer there. I recently went in and had my shirts cleaned as normal. I normally pay around $30 for the same ones. This time the bill was $79. When I asked the young lady why I was told that the shirts I dropped off could not be washed/cleaned and they had to be dry cleaned. I asked why and she told me this was standard for men's shirts. Too expensive for me. I have other options. read more

Lori and her crew are the best! Excellent customer service every time! They do such a great job on all of our clothing and we find that are clothes last twice as long when we take them in to Red Hanger. They also do a ton of extra items such as sewing and repairs anytime we need it. Talk about above and beyond! I recommend them to everyone! read more

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! You pay A LOT of money to be told that the articles of clothing you dropped off are not ready. Then you go back a few days later and they STILL AREN'T READY! Rude associates, terrible customer service! I will NEVER be taking my dry cleaning business back to Red Hanger and neither should you! read more
