From front of house, to service, to Sandra's phenomenal bartending, it was an utter joy to visit this beautiful restaurant. Their entire team's level of care and effort was so evident, from smiles all around, a well-rimmed glass with a STRAINER atop the pitcher (oh so appreciated), to only the after picture of my meal available. I also enjoyed their organic margarita+flame, though I remain a house margarita kind of guy. Food wasn't great and pretty expensive. Not only that but our waiter was extremely rude. My friend couldn't afford to pay for a full size meal and the waiter wouldn't let him get the kids meal. When I was trying to find the bathroom, our waiter told me he thought I was trying to "dine and dash". However, there was quite a wait to order because our server was attending to a large party, which caused some delays in service. Once we finally placed our orders, there was a miscommunication regarding our drinks. I love this place! The colorful chips and salsa are so good and their huge burrito was a hit with a person at my table. I ordered the chimichanga with the cheese on the side and it was so good! The wait staff was wonderful on our recent visit. We sat in the bar area and I wanted to watch both baseball and a local football game. For sides, you get rice, beans (black or refried), lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole. My wife and I each received a side plate and it was more than ample. We had left overs to take home for the next day. It was a good value in our opinion. For drinks we ordered the Tropical Margarita, which was the daily special. It had small chunks of pineapple in the glass. I found the drink a little too sweet but my wife enjoyed it. I've had their regular house margarita on other occasions and really like it. They do not skimp on the alcohol and more than one can pack a punch. Very good! This Red Habanero is well worth a visit. Give it a try and, if you like the food and its a location (Hwy 32 and Cary Road) you will frequent, consider buying one of their T-shirts. If you buy a T-shirt for $5.99 and bring it with you each time you visit, you get a free queso with a menu purchase. The queso is the regular white dip that is found at a lot of restaurants, but we like it. We always try and save some for when our dinner arrives so we can put it on our fajitas, burritos, etc. The queso per the menu is $5.49 so, as mentioned, buying the T-shirt is a good deal if you are a frequent or returning customer and like white queso. read more

Do not use their web site if you want your food order prepared correctly and on time. We've used their website to place online orders before and today, thinking we were not giving the food delivery services 30% of the value of our order however for the 2nd time in a short span we went to pick up our order only to discover it wasn't ready when promised. Today, after a 30 minute wait my husband talked to the "owner" who didn't provide his name and no apologies for the delayed order but did disclose that they put in restaurant and call in orders ahead of any other online orders, including Chow Now which is on their website! Waiting for a pickup order at their locations is often a very unpleasant experience because you have to keep dodging people walking in and you always get that - what's that dasher standing in my way - side eye from other patrons! This is all to say.... I just don't think I want to continue ordering either online or dining in with this business that puts your order to the end of the line just because you used the only online ordering service THEY offer. As we pulled up into the strip mall there was plenty of parking. Easy access to Red Habenaro. As we entered the restaurant it was clean and we were greeted. Enjoyed the ambiance with the fountain and decor. FUN! There were plenty of seating including seating for disabilities. We sat at the bar and Raul was the bar tender.
