I actually couldn't believe what they were telling me while talking to them. I understand 50% down the rest due at completion but 100% upfront without even looking at it or setting foot in my property tells me they do bad work or will show up when they feel like it and people have been refusing to pay. I will never recommend them and will never call them for anything.

When I called, Dan was very rude to me (was it because I was a woman?) and insisted it was all my fault because I arrived home 10 minutes late. From the other reviews which I didn't read until this happened - unfortuneately, some had similar ratings and criticisms of the service and customer care.
