Since 2019, he's conducted over 1,000 inspections, growing the company to become the U.P.'s leading inspection service. Growing up in the U.P. under his master carpenter father, Rich learned how harsh winters impact homes. With 15+ years in excavation, septic, well drilling, and pest control, plus his MBA and environmental science degrees, he brings unmatched regional expertise. Rich holds InterNACHI certification and dozens of specialties including Mold Inspector, Radon Tester, and Water Quality Tester. As a licensed drone pilot, he uses advanced technology for comprehensive assessments others miss. This unique blend of local knowledge, elite credentials, and extensive field experience ensures thorough evaluations of your property's structural integrity and environmental safety.
