On March 14th Michael came to our house to talk to us about our plans. We felt that he understood what we wanted and looked forward to getting an estimate in a week or so. We understand this may have been a smaller project than what Michael normally takes on but he could have afforded us the common courtesy of a phone call letting us know he wasn't interested in this project. It's too bad because we have several other larger future projects that we thought we would have had Michael's Homes take care of for us.

Hoover's was the first name she recommended and was she ever right! Ray came out, thoughtfully listened to our ideas and concerns, then toured the yard. Thanks to his thorough estimate - and very reasonable prices - our property is doing much better. The team showed up as scheduled and got right to work. They were so fast, the first tree was down before Smokin'Hubster got a chance to see it happen! The crew was very respectful of our yard (many tree seedlings to dodge), left a very tidy pile of woodchips for our future yard projects and finished all the work before lunch time. We really enjoyed getting to know Ray and his team, will continue to give him the business and our very strong recommendation.
